My wife called Bel-O the other day when it was pretty hot because our AC had gone out and she was home with a 3 y/o and 8 m/o. Zach H. showed up within a couple of hours of her calling and was able to get us up and running in no time. He was very professional and informative. We were very pleased with his service. As a fairly adept do-it-yourself-er I have found it is not always a pleasant experience when dealing with businesses that cater more to the professional. This was not the case when I made a recent visit to Beloman.
Mike in the parts department was very courteous and responsive. Even though I am not a professional and was going to make the repair myself, he still made me feel like my business was important.
Felicia, who's persistence with my debit card issue also made it known that Beloman values even their small customers.

Great service provided on a Friday evening. The first really hot day of summer and our air went out. Nick came out at 8:30 after a 6:00pm call.
He and the team were able to find the part we needed and come back Saturday by 12:30 to get us up and cooling down. In addition he assisted me in setting up a semi-annual plan to save us for the future. Nick K. 06/16/16 |

Our air condition went out on an extremely hot night- I called Bel-o the next morning and John Krieg was out to my house an hour earlier than I had been promised. He did great work and was very efficient and patient in explaining to me what the problem was. He then even spoke to my husband on the phone and explained what the problem was to him. We use Bel-o for maintenance twice a year to come out and check the furnace and air conditioner and have always been satisfied. This has just sealed the deal even more with us! John K. 06/15/16 |

This morning Clayton came to repair our A/C. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He is so personable that you feel like he is a member of the family. He made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. After installing a new thermostat, he made sure we both knew how to use it. He is certainly an asset to Belo. It was a pleasure dealing with Beloman. We had to have a toilet removed because of a rotting floor. Beloman came the day I called and after the floor was repaired, came right after the vinyl was laid. The flange and the wax seal had to be changed and the work was completed within an hour. I highly would recommend Belo to anyone needing HVAC work. From the office staff to the technicians I have felt with all were very professional and helpful.
Mark has been worked for my parents prior to doing our service work. In all probably about 20 plus year of servicing our family. He has always been on time very need and through in his work. I feel very comfortable with him doing our service.
He is a true asset to your company.

Had service calls on same unit last summer. Parts were replaced due to leaking freon. Now getting the same answer again. Freon is leaking and if it happens again we will come back and add more freon. Does not seem like a good solution to me? Is there a permanent fix? 06/02/16 |

My technician was Jerry. He was very professional and provided a lot of helpful tips for improving our in-home air quality. Most of them we were able to implement right away without any additional costs. Jerry's advice helped me in making decisions concerning our thermostat and whole house humidifier. Nick K came to my home in February 2016 for the repair of my TRANE furnace. I had problems with the heating unit since December. The company I was contracted with was not able to keep the heat working and I had many cold hours w/o heat. I must ad that I am elderly, frail and used a cane.
