Beloman in Belleville, Illinois is a great company with reliable and trustworthy employees. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a HVAC company. Their dispatch team calls to confirm the day before an appointment and then calls about 15 minutes before the technician arrives. Our rep today, Jim, was very nice and thorough. Great company. Mark arrived at his scheduled time, and did a very thorough job with the scheduled maintenance on our Furnace. Mark was very courteous and thorough. The dispatch team also went above and beyond the call of duty by getting hold of Mark for me, just before his scheduled arrival, to let him know I would be a little late getting home from an errand I was running. And so, when Mark arrived, he knew exactly what was going on. I will continue to choose Bel-O for our heating and air conditioning needs, because of their great work! John Krieg came to do my annual furnace checkup recently. Not only was he on time, courteous and professional in his work but also went out of his way to fix a separation in the duct work which allowed air to be draw in passed the filter. Although it was probably due to the original installation, he took the time to reconnect and seal the area. This may make my wife happy by reducing the need to dust as often. My technician Clayton was outstanding. He explained what he plans to do. Then as he does the check up he explained issues found its cause and potential solution. Then he sits down with you explains work done, how he documents it and ensures you get copies of bill and work summary documents for your records. He is true professional with a lot of expertise in the systems he works with. I strongly recommend Clayton and BELOMAN to maintain your heat and air conditioning systems. I love working with Beloman. Nick is always so pleasant. I never have to worry when he is here. Usually when I have service people walking around the house, I follow them and watch what they are doing. I do not need to do that with Nick. I feel comfortable that he is honest and trustworthy. Colby was fantastic, the work that he did was amazing. Have had other plumbers do work but not to the quality nor consideration that Colby did. Was great can not say enough about him and the company. Mark is great came out looked at the job – took pictures so that Colby could see in advance what needed to be done. Both techs were very good and i would highly recommend them However, dispatch sent the wrong person out the first time, so I Had to pay for 2 service calls. The first tech gave me as many discounts as he could, so he was great, but still don't think i should be charged by the company. 11/05/16 |
