Thank you Colby Hoenny at Beloman for an efficient expert repair to my drain pipe (that obviously someone else didn't seal at the joint). You were so knowledgeable and informative, as well as friendly & helpful. I appreciate that you could come the day I called about the problem so my ceiling plasterer could come back the next day to finish the damage to the basement ceiling from the leaking pipe upstairs. Martin was thorough and did a comprehensive job of servicing the furnace system. He detected a small gas leak with his expert nose and fixed it. He did not waste time but got right to the job at hand.
I would welcome him back into my home any time to check the system.
This is a review from a member of a family that has been in the heating and cooling business for a long, but in another state. I also have a daughter that works for Ameren and told her about the service.

I think Ken did an excellent job. He explained everything he did as he was doing it which I totally appreciate when they explain what they’re doing and why instead of not knowing what they’re doing. He also made note of a wire I had leaning on a pipe and clamped it to keep it away from hot areas. I’ve had other companies out in the past and no one else has noticed that wire. John K. came out to our house to figure out what was going on with the heat pump. It didn't take him long to diagnose the problem and provide the solution. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the issue. He ordered the part that was needed and came back the next day to replace it and make sure everything was up and running. We appreciated his professionalism, dedication and making sure everything was completely taken care of. We couldn't have asked for any better service than we received from John K. I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to continuing my relationship with this company! Moreover, I will be more than happy to pass along how extremely satisfied I am with Bel-O (in particular John Krieg) to my friends and fellow colleagues in the greater St. Louis/Metro Area.
Once again, through the best practices and standards of Bel-O Heating and Cooling, John Krieg was able to identify a potentially life threating LP leak (i.e. life safety), clearly explain the danger, quickly and efficiently address the life safety issue. As a result, my family is safe, my LP leak is eliminated, and my (2) Carrier Infinity units are ”purr’n like kittens”. I couldn’t be more happy!
I feel John went above and beyond his typical service technician role in the fact that most folks would have simply removed the failed ball-valve, safe ended the LP lines, called for a replacement part and installed it a later date: leaving our residence without heating capability. The opposite happed, once the problem was discovered; John tried to correct the issue by re-building the failed shut-off (ball) valve, once that effort failed, he then clearly explained the situation to me, we collectively made a decision to have the entire piping assembly replaced with a solution that would eliminate the leaks. Most importantly, John would not leave his customer and his post/duty until the part arrived from the shop, was installed, and properly checked out. John made me and my family feel that we were the most important customer to him and Bel-O. In my opinion, John and his actions represents the finest this industry has to offer.
