The repairman arrived at the time promised. He put shoe covers on to protect my carpeting which I appreciated. He was pleasant and professional and worked on three small projects in a timely manner. All were repaired satisfactorily. BEL-O MAN .. 02/25/14 |

Was off work on January 6th due to the snow and frigid cold temperatures. I went to the basement and noticed water running down one exterior wall,never a good thing. I could see the copper pipe to the outside faucet had frozen, split and was leaking. Called the BELOMAN and explained the situation, they had someone out within 3 hours, capped off the pipe as I requested and gave me a written quote to replace the sillcock in the spring. The repair man was courteous and efficient. I will definitely be calling BELO back to complete the job when the weather warms up. Very satisfied customer. BEL-O MAN .. 02/23/14 |

Of course we had furnace problems on the coldest, snowiest day possible. When I called for service I was told they were swamped with calls & would get to us as soon as possible. They kept in touch with me and got a tech to our house within a couple of hours. Jim was polite and friendly and knew immediately what the problem was, and had it fixed in no time. Our A/C began acting up on Labor Day! I was able to reach someone and have an appointment scheduled for the first thing Tuesday morning. The technician arrived on time, and was very courteous making sure to wear protective footwear when entering my home. He quickly identified the problem and took care of it. In addition to the main issue, he located a couple of items that could cause future problems and took care of those too. We were very pleased with the service we received on our summer maintenance of our a/c. Mr. Foran was very thorough and a pleasure to do business with. Woke up one morning with no heat. Company coming that night to spend the week-end. Never had to call anyone before so I called a friend in the area who said he wouldn't use anyone but Bel-O Sales and Service in Belleville. I called them and was told they would have someone out that morning and gave me a time window. When serviceman was delayed they called and kept me informed. Technician was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing to diagnose the problem. Needed a thermostat which he had in the truck so the repair was completed quickly. Technician also reviewed the proper way to shut down the furnace and made some recommendations on the kinds of filters to use for my furnace. Can't comment on pricing because I have nothing to compare with but someone once told me if you can ever get someone out to your house to fix something the same day for under $200 you're probably doing okay. We have been using Bel-o Sales & Service for about 15 years. Everyone we have dealt with at Bel-o, from sales, service, technicians, office staff, is always very friendly, professional, kind, courteous, and trustworthy. Over the years we have developed a rapport with some of the techs, since some of the same ones have been to our home a few times. A few of the guys really get along well with our Beagle and she loves the attention she receives from them! The service gets done right the first time and is second to none.
