We are very pleased with the heating / AC service we get from Belo. We have had the twice a year PM service for a number of years now, and we have always been served well. Most recently, Jim F. came to make sure our furnace was ready for the winter months. He was polite, friendly, and efficient. We plan on continuing to call Belo for our heating / cooling needs for years to come.

The very nice gentleman who came to service our heating system arrived promptly. He checked out our system and changed all the filters. He was very friendly. Bel-O always takes good care of us, and fixes any problems quickly. There were no issues that day, so it was just a routine inspection and filter change. Thanks Bel-O. I feel secure knowing that if I need you, you will respond quickly.

I have been one of Nick's customers for many, many years (even before his coming to work for "Beloman"). After Nick left his previous employer, it was a blessing for me to have been able to locate Nick upon his arrival at Beloman. Anytime that I have either a heating issue or an A/C issue, Nick is the "Beloman" that I go to. He visits me twice a year - once in the fall for heating and once in the spring for A/C. He is a true professional and he always takes care of any and all issues that I might have. My wife, Heide, and I ALWAYS request Nick anytime that we have any problem. You have a piece of "Gold" in Nick. As long as you have Nick as one of your employees, I will always be a "Beloman" customer. Whoever hired Nick, made the right decision.

When I relocated to my new home in Shiloh, Illinois, in 2005, I had a very bad experience with a representative from an un-named company who was part of the Home Warranty program offered with the purchase of my home. That representative was a very scary man that I had to tell to leave my home. I then contacted Belo, as my mother (who is now 90 yrs old) had used this company for many years. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Belo, office staff & technicians, who have always treated me with respect, kindness & excellent workmanship. Great job to everyone at Belo's

Nick came for my Furnace check up today - I always ask for Nick! He cleaned out my induction motor so well that I don't think it's been that quiet in all the years I've had that unit! I told him I'll see him in the spring for my AC check up! The office staff is also very helpful. I usually talk to Carrie B. - I have sort of running line with her when I call or talk to her 'Hi Carrie, it's Carrie'. I appreciate being called to let me know when the technicians are on their way.

From pest control, to heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and even installing Christmas lights, Belo-men are always courteous, professional and friendly. I always recommend them to our friends and family. Gage did an excellent job servicing our heater. He was very personable, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Your office staff needs to coordinate their operation, don't overlap their work...scheduling, updateing the client on the progress of the serviceman, & sending out email notifications of job scheduling 12 - 24 hours ahead of the arrival of the serviceman, & 8 - 12 hour for email electronic posting of the completed receipt. Maybe your office needs an electronic (computer) program to track the progress of the clients job, similar to the old manual status board & grease pencil/crayon... eg: job scheduled & client notified, notify client about estimated arrival, servicemans job completion/or backordering of parts for completion, & completion of the receipt & email/u.s.mailing of that receipt. (I've experienced these methods working in the military service & for the telephone company. This kept us abreast of the job assignment.)

Dustin was delayed arriving at our home due to his company truck breaking down. Upon arriving he began performing the necessary inspection. He cleaned the furnace & replaced the air filter & the humidifier filter. He cleaned & inspected the operation of the furnace, & then picked up his tools & proceeded to fill out the paperwork. He asked if I had received an email listing his work team. I had not seen it before he arrived. Later I did find an email from Belo listing him as the tech who would be coming. The posting time on the email was at the same time that he was scheduled to be. If he was scheduled to service my furnace by the close of business hours the day before, that email should've been dispatched that evening, & I would have found it before his arrival the next day. His work was very satisfactory, in fact he was able to give me an explanation as to why the humidifier was producing a dusty powder on the furnace... interesting.

Today was my Autumn Furnace checkup with Belo. Nick K was my technician and he was very knowledgeable. One of the things that stood out to me is that Nick took the time to explain what he was doing, as well as why he was doing it. In addition, Nick made a few suggestions regarding additional maintenance that I might want to think about. Based on his assessment, I made the decision to have the additional work done now since he was already at my house. I have been a customer of Beloman for many years and want to send a special thank you to the person hiring their staff.
