Zach H. from Beloman has been our service repairman for many years. He is the best person to talk with and we trust him with all of our AC and heating needs. We always feel safer after Zach gives us the word; "everything is alright". I just had the outside AC unit replaced on his recommendation. The unit was over 30 years old and he advised me to change it out before it would cost me more later down the road. We also changed out my mothers unit last year for the same reason. Zach is worth his weight in gold. And we hope he stays at Bel-O for the remainder of our life times. We also love to look at his new son's pictures. He turns 1 in a few days. Zach H. 05/05/16 |

I have always been happy with Bel-o service. I feel comfortable with these people and I feel very safe and trusting with all the employees I've had. Today I had Clayton to service my AC. He was right on time, very professional and very personable too. He fixed everything and then explained just what he did and how things are doing as far as being in good condition. I called Belo and spoke with Jerry (VP Residential Sales) about a mild odor coming from our vents. I told him we already had the air ducts and coils cleaned the previous fall. He volunteered to come out and take a look around and see if there was anything they could do to assist. A couple days later Jerry arrived as scheduled. He walked through our house and asked some questions. He looked at our whole HVAC system and said that it looked great and he wouldn't recommend we do anything besides deodorize our system. Based upon prior experiences with other HVAC companies *cough cough Spengler*, when Jerry initially suggested he come out to take a look I was fully expecting the hard sale on an entire new HVAC. Jerry provided the exact opposite, a honest evaluation of our system and a recommendation that was best for us, not for Belo. As a long time Bel-O customer, I will say they are the best in the business. The unit they installed 20 years ago is still working great and we use there Discount Club Membership to get our system checked twice yearly. One part died two years ago and Bel-O was out that day and the savings from that has paid the Discount fee for us. They are quick, honest and all around people to deal with. Val came out to look into a problem my tenant was having with poor hot water flow in the bathroom sink. After thoroughly checking out the supply lines to ensure there were not issues there, he found a small amount of debris had clogged the faucet itself. 10 minutes later it was cleaned out, hot water flow was restored and the tenant was happy. We had our HVAC system spring "tune up" on April 9th. Josh A was once again our tech. As always, he was on-time, very professional and courteous! We switched to BELOMAN-Bellevile about two years ago from another company who we had been with for almost 18 years when we became disappointed with their service and "questionable" tactics in trying to sell us a new system when we really did NOT need one! Josh A. Was the trch who furst serviced us, inspected our furnace, and told us we did not need a new system. Since then, we have asked for Josh, by name, and continue to be very satisfied with his, and the entire BELOMA.N staff!
