Dustin came out and diagnosed the problem quickly; luckily Beloman had the part in stock so he was able to get my furnace up and running the same day. Dustin was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and explained what he was doing while he was doing it. I really appreciate that he didn't try to up sell me into a "maintenance package" or "club" scam like some of the other HVAC/plumbing companies have tried to do in the past. The employee's of Beloman are always polite and always helpful. They accommodate your time frame. For my service today I had Gage M (I have had him before) and he went the extra touch to explain that he could sell me a filter since I had not purchased a new one, but he checked the price first to see if his px was cheaper (it was).... to me that was an "extra" . I feel confident that my service is done correctly and confident that if I do have an issue, it will be resolved quickly and courteously. I highly recommend Beloman. Gage came today for our routine fall maintenance visit. He noticed a leak. He informed me of the problem, showed me where it was at and notified the main office that he needed to get it fixed today. Gage was friendly, professional, neat and quick. I especially appreciated that he fixed the problem today and I didn't have to reschedule and wait a few more days. My many thanks to Gage and Belo. Awesome service in swapping out the heat exchanger in my 10-year old furnace. When other HVAC companies could not get the part, Beloman was able to get the part in 2 days. Ken P, the Beloman technician was courteous, efficient, and on time. The price Beloman quoted was the price I paid. Ken ensured he entered through the side door each time to keep from tracking mud into the house as he made his way to the basement. Colby H. installed a new kitchen faucet and a new toilet in our spare bathroom today. He was very friendly and introduced himself. He got right to work and in a little over an hour, both tasks were completed. After the water was turned on, he took the time to make sure both fixtures worked correctly and that nothing was leaking. I just want to tell everyone how much I appreciate Jerry and how honest he was. He visited my home because I wanted to have my ductwork checked out to see if I needed them cleaned or not. I've been having furnace problems off an on for the past 2 years. I called Bel-O and Nick K came out to fix the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. In addition to fixing the problem, he also had to correct some work done by the previous heating company I used. Clayton was at my house today and I think he did a wonderful job. He showed me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I’ve been fighting with my air duct return for 12 years trying to find a way to easily clean it and get to it. It usually takes me forever to take it off but he showed me a way to easily get to it.
