I just had Colby H. put in a new kitchen faucet. He was professional, and courteous. He was thorough in his explanations and made sure to address all of my questions. I would refer him and the company based on my experience today. I not only had a great technician, and I was able to call and get same day service. I highly recommend Beloman for any plumbing issues you may have. I had written about my cast iron stack leak Christmas Eve and Colby H came out and took care of that problem plus fixed another plumbing issue I had and all for a moderate fee and within 2 hours! He was all you could hope a service person would be. Thanks Colby for all you did. If I ever need a plumber, I guarantee Beloman will be called and Colby H will be asked for by name. We had no idea how to use our whole house humidifier. It's our first time in the Midwest and he went above and beyond to show us the vents in our crawl space, tips to even out the temperature in a two story home and how to maintain the proper humidity level for our family. Val N has come to my house a couple of times - once to diagnose and repair a gas leak in my fireplace, and the second time to bail me out on a DYI project. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He explains what he finds, and what the fix will be. My gas fireplace works great now, and after his most recent visit, I can use the master BR shower again. I couldn't be more pleased with Val's work. I also have to commend Mark M. He is extremely responsive and helpful when I call with a problem, and has come to my house himself to make sure he understands the problem (I don't speak plumbing) and that he sends the correct person out to fix it. My furnace stopped working at 10:30pm when it was below freezing outside. After calling Beloman, Mark G. returned my call very quickly and helped me trouble shoot what might be wrong over the phone. When we couldn't get the furnace started he had a Beloman representative call me the next morning and schedule Nick K. to come out. Mark G even followed up the next morning to check on everything. Nick K. was able to solve the problem order a new part and did the repair the next day. The responsiveness of Beloman and professionalism of Nick K. were amazing. The BEL-O man was courteous and on time. He suggested some repairs that we cannot afford at this time but there was no pressure from him to accomplish them. He worked quickly and made an adjustment that lessened some of the noise experienced when the furnace blower started. I have never been dissatisfied with BEL-O service or its employees. Jerry, Andy, Jacob and Val from bel o did an excellent job getting me a new heater and air conditioner installed in my trailer. basically did most of the job in a little over a day. they were helpful in providing me with pre day instructions on what would be done and then literally in 1 day got everything done. I have been along time customer of bel o and will continue to use this company for all my air conditioner and heating problems.

Josh was friendly and professional, as has been every service provider ever sent by Bel-O! I NEVER worry about my HVAC system because of Bel-O and their great technicians. The dispatch team - the backbone of the service I receive - at Bel-O is phenomenal. Many times I've called to reschedule an appointment and they're never exasperated with me, which is more than I can say for some others!
