Clayton was very prompt, courteous, and professional, as always. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned our heating system and replaced the filter. He's been to our home several times now and there's a level of comfort a home owner gets from seeing the same dependable, reliable, professional tech time after time. It's nice to know that he lives just a fews miles form us too, if we would ever need emergency service. Becoming a Bel-o customer is one of the best things we've ever done!!

I would definitely recommend Beloman to all of my friends and co-workers. Very friendly and professional on the phone, and sent out a service person quickly. Dispatch team was good on the phone, letting me know my technician was on his way. Dustin was friendly and good at explaining my situation. Upon moving in two years ago, our home inspector told us that the humidifier connected to our HVAC system was broken and that we'd need a new one. I tested it myself and it seemed to turn on, but the parts seemed extremely corroded, so I left it alone. Fast forward two years. Our house had been very dry, and me, my wife, and kids were experiencing the effects of it, so I decided to call Beloman to get a quote on either replacing the parts or getting a totally new unit. The receptionist transferred me to Jerry, who answered all my questions and offered to come out and take a look at the unit a few days later. He not only called to confirm the appointment the day prior to the appointment but was also right on time the day of. After taking a quick look at the unit, he determined that the unit was in fine, working order and that it only needed a new filter. We live right down the street, so he made a call back to the office to let them know exactly which one we'd need so that I could be in and out when I went to pick it up. The service charge was going to be $60, and although he was only there a total of 10 minutes, I reached for my wallet because fair is fair. I'd also like to add that I'm active duty military. With a sincere "Thanks for what you do, I appreciate you," he told me to put my wallet away and simply asked us to consider him and the company in the future when we had any issues. This was beyond generous and much appreciated given it was also a week before Christmas. I'd highly recommend Jerry and his team. Not only because of the discount he gave us, but because we were totally ignorant to what was wrong with our unit; he could have upsold us on another thousand dollar unit, but instead provided us great customer service and advice on extending the life of our current one. Two months later and no nosebleeds anymore. Thanks so much, Jerry. We'll definitely be repeat customers in the future if we need you.

Nick came to service out furnace. He was extremely professional and great to talk with. We even had several things in common. He explained what needed to be done very clearly. I was able to see what he did. I was very impressed. He also let me know what needs to be replaced next Winter. Had footies with him in case he needed to walk through the house. After viewing my military decorations for Vietnam, he thanked me for my service. Great guy. Work was done in a timely fashion and furnace is working great. I have always been satisfied with Bel-o’s services. From plumbing to heating and cooling.

The BEL-O technician (John) was on time and was very helpful. He spent a lot of time trying to find our problem and eventually he called Ameren since he could find nothing in the house causing the problem. Ameren came out shortly and replaced a line that had been chewed up by squirrels and the problem was solved. Thanks to John for his good work.

My furnace recently went out, I woke to the house in the low 50's and with the temp outside only in the teens, it was quite cold. Belo came (calling me first with a time which was great) and Jim F. came. He was very professional and covered his shoes to insure he did no damage to the floors. Once we got into the furnace room, Jim went to take the cover off and the stupid furnace came on. I laughed and said he must have the magic touch. He did not leave but instead started checking the furnace to make sure it was in good order. Eventually, he discovered a pressure switch was causing the problem. He had someone deliver the part and made sure all was well! Jim ROCKS!!! Thank you Jim F. and Belo!!!
