Our new lennox furnace was installed a week or so ago and not only are we happy with the installation service, but are also very pleased to say the service crew noticed a problem with the previous installation of a lennox air conditioner by arpis and fixed it so now the air conditioner and furnace work perfectly! We made the decision to have Apri's industries Ltd. install a new furnace on Tues Aug. 25/15 and they accommodated our request for immediate installation which was complete on Friday Aug 28/15. The installers were very polite, knowledgeable and kept everything cleaned up as they went along. At the finished all was explained to us about the new furnace and a new hot water tank that was required to meet the codes of today. Appreciated the service from Mike and the booking process. Did not appreciate the lack of professonalism by Jackson at costco IN rockyview. He kept telling us to buy the AC now but wouldn't clarify on how to qualify or receieve the costco giftcard rebate. He told us "that's not arpi's problem", but there he was sitting inside a costco selling products. They installed an AC unit in our house and the installation was very clean. They also were receptive to what I was looking for not interested in (I didn't want a wireless thermostat). The installation went without a hitch. The only issue had to do with the city inspector, who questioned the type of breaker installed by the electrical team, but even the inspector admitted that it was a judgement call - he had approved an identical installation earlier in the day. My installer was extremely knowledgeable and had a great deal of experience, this put me at ease. He was methodical and systematic in his installation process. They needed to move some items for better access and put everything back exactly as it was. They cleaned everything up and left it exactly as it was. This was exceptional. Nobody wants to have to replace a water heater and a furnace at the same time. But if you have to (or you just need one or the other or repair), Arpi's is definitely a great company to work with.
Pricing wise they were very reasonable and the cost of the job came in exactly as quoted. They explained exactly what needed to be done (in my case an update to venting was also needed) in a way that was easy to understand and logical.
The day of the job they showed up on time and reminded me of the plan and how long it would take. Both technicians were super friendly and professional and worked very hard throughout the day, giving me periodic updates as to their progress.
When the job was done they went through everything thoroughly with me and left an easy to follow guide of what i needed to do to register the product for warranty and have the city inspect. They also did a thorough clean up job. The whole process was as painless as can be!
I had used Apri's once before to repair an issue and although that transaction was brief, it did make me appreciate their professionalism. I'm happy that for a bigger job they were just as consistent in their product and service offering. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable from the time I called to order to the time the air conditioner was installed and running. All of my questions were answered and I was provided with more information than I thought to ask. I was impressed that the installers covered my floors to keep them clean. They arrived on time and ready to get started on the work. I am very happy with the air conditioner. It keeps my house at just the perfect temperature and I do not have the annoying noise of a portable ac. We had hesitated to have Arpi's install our air conditioning this year but we are so glad we reconsidered. The two technicians who came out where both very approachable, courteous, respectful of our person & home, and knowledgeable.
