An Arpis' salesman recommended the Lennox furnace he felt would best suit my needs , explaining how it worked and answering all my questions. I was very comfortable proceeding with the work at this time and we set the install date. The following was installed:
a) two Lennox furnaces
b) two humidifiers
c)two He16 filtration systems
and the old equipment was removed.
Our Project Mgr., Craig, was always quick to respond to our questions/concerns. We appreciated his GUIDANCE & REASSURANCE throughout, along with his knowledge of what was required for this large home - to achieve optimum comfort.
Craig had Billy with an assistant complete a, b, & c above. Billy was INCREDIBLE - most conscientious, methodical - performing these laborious tasks as if he was in is own home. We were very impressed, as Billy took great pride to ensuring the job was done right, Arpi"s should be very proud of Billy's abilities.
An incident occurred whereby Billy noticed a leak in the large 18 year old hot water tank. Perhaps saving us from a future flood, he gave the problem immediate attention, and through Craig, ordered and installed TWO HOT WATER TANKS, one being the combo provision for in-floor heating to meet the current code.
Finalization was then assigned to the plumber, Stephan and his helpers. Again, we were equally impressed with the completion of the job assigned and again, Arpi's should be incredibly proud of this Plumber's performance and knowledge - as we are with both Billy and Stephan. All parties cleaned up after their job, which was considerate and appreciated.
To conclude, the new furnaces are so GENTLE & QUIET that we needed to check the new thermostats to be ASSURED THAT THE FURNACES WERE REALY OPERATING. The air feels clean with the right amount of moisture. It's a pleasure to have this confidence in all this new equipment.
Annie wishes to note that when she was employed at a hospital, she was always conscious of giving the kind of care that she herself would like to receive. This was her motto, and she states that this equally applied to Craig, Billy and Stephan of Arpi's.

When I realized my old furnace would not make it through another winter I called three companies to come out and give me an estimate on a new furnace and a new A/C unit. The first one tried to sell me something I did not want or need, the second company never even bothered to keep there appointment and when I called them to enquire about rescheduling they informed me that they were now booking estimates two months down the road and if this was not good enough I should use another company, I sure wish my buisness could turn away paying customers. Anyhow the repersentitive from Arpis came out on the set day and time and went through all of my options until we came up with a combination that best suited my needs. On installation day the team fron Arpis showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recomend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace or A/C unit. The installers were very efficient and did a very good job removing the old equipment and replacing with two new high efficiency units. The change from mid to high efficiency made it necessary to install two new furnace vents and a new stack insert for the existing water heater. All this went very well.

The Arpi team arrived exactly on time , worked diligently, and readily overcame problems necessitated by greatly improved technology. The incredible efficiency of the units resulted in new requirements for exhaust of low temperature gasses and the installers met the challenge easily. We were very pleased with Wayne @ Arpi's who we worked with to conclude a 2 furnace replacement program plus 1 A/C unit. We received a thorough explanation of the recommended Lennox equipment options and related pricing. Once we concluded an agreement the 2.5 day installation was booked and the install crew led by Danny arrived on time and completed on the date scheduled. Site was left clean at end of each day and Danny walked me through the equipment operation top to bottom before they left the job and also accommodated some additional equipment additions that we requested once they had arrived on site. We had an initial problem because the technicians did not clean up after the installation, and there were a few marks on our carpet from a chemical that was used. We complained and one of the technicians came back and did an excellent clean up and got the marks completely out of the carpet.

Very good service beginning with my call to Arpis to arrange a quote to replace two furnaces and an AC unit. the Customer Service rep captured the details correctly and set up an appt. with Craig to determine sizing etc.
the morning of the appt. Craig called to give me an ETA and then arrived as estimated. Craig demonstrated a very good working knowledge of not just the appropriate furnaces but also the modifications to comply with current code. when writing up the estimate we had a thorough discussion of what is needed, the options and if needed the add-on's. a complete item by item quote was then prepared. Given the scope of the work the job was estimated to take three days. In addition the Craig took numerous photos so that the install crew would know what the job would entail.
A few days before the work was to occur a Customer Service rep called to confirm the start time and that someone would be home.
The day the job was to occur Billy the Lead installer called at 8:30 to confirm they were on schedule for their 9:00 start and that they had all of the components ready to go. The installers arrived right at 9:00 and once they confirmed the work to be done they set to work. The removal of the old and installation of the new went smoothly with the Installers tidying up at the end of the first day and on the second day they worked late to complete the job that day rather than return the next day. Billy ensured the new thermostats were working properly and once happy that all was in order he took me through the work completed including the rework to comply with current Code. What I thought was professional, when we did the walk through, was that Billy made specific point as to the work that Shawn was responsible for as the work was properly laid out and completed to a professional finish. Meanwhile Shawn made sure that all bits and pieces were swept up and taken away, leaving no clean up for me to do, a real improvement from other crews I've had in the house. The last aspect that Billy covered was the Warranty process and the booking of the gas inspector, leaving me with the various manuals, etc.
A day or two after the job was completed a Customer Service rep called to ensure I was happy with the work and the completion of the job to make sure there were no loose ends.

Arpi's was great to deal with. I just have a bit of feedback. The installers were great, however, they forgot to seal off my old fresh air intake. I have been trying to arrange for them to come back and do it, however my calls have not been returned and I get a bit of a run-around when I call. We were happy with Kevin's time spent giving an estimate. He was knowledgeable and clear. Later in the process, he was always available promptly to communicate with us.
Alex and Tim did the actual installation of the furnace and airconditioner. They were ontime, respectful of our home, diligent in their work and very pleasant. They did the job well, working quickly and efficiently.
Even when Alex got a phone call telling him his grandfather had passed away, he still finished the job and took the time to carefully explain what still needed to happen.
The two workers who came a week later to vent the hot water tanks were just here an hour but showed the same professionalism and integrity. They arrived ontime, left everything clean and checked when they left that we knew how to arrange the city inspections.

After watching my newly build home, through the entire construction phase to completion, I have to say I'm glad to finally be in. Throughout the building processes I've not only been able to see the various Companies involved in bringing my home to completion, but I've also been able to see the quality and workmanship of each of the Companies independently of each other. From the onset of the closing and the keys being turned over to me, living in this house one thing has stood out from the get go. This is the most comfortable home I have ever lived in, from a heating standpoint. The Lennox heating system, so far works flawlessly with no Hot or Cold spots that I can find throughout the entire house. Arpi's Industries Ltd. through the quality of their tradespeople, in my belief allowed me without a question to boast of their "Impeccable Quality and Workmanship." I look forward to their ongoing service of the Lennox furnace installed in my home over its lifespan . We'll see where the future takes us with Lennox and Arpi's Industries Ltd. We decided to have a/c installed this year. The options were outlined what would work with the existing furnace and the various choices available with incremental prices. We picked the quietest unit of the choices. The job was done on the scheduled date and it was operational that day. I recently purchased a Lennox air conditioner from Arpi's. The salesman who came to assist us with which was the right conditioner for our home was on time, friendly and knew the products he was selling well. The two young men who came to install our air conditioner where again on time and very friendly and respectful to me and my home. Minor glitch with an incorrect switch, but it was fixed in a timely manner and I'm completely satisfied. The air conditioner works great! So quiet you can't tell its even on. In a followup phone service I was asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned that my wife complains of a gas smell when we come in the door, I said that I myself don't smell it but what she could be smelling is the off gassing of the new product materials. Arpi's solution - phone our natural gas supplier. This tells me two things, future service will be questionable and more importantly they do not take me or my concern seriously. Installers came right on time on Sept 30th as scheduled to install our A/C. They were polite, efficient and were most helpful in getting us set up. We were asked to complete their satisfaction survey which we did and then we were told that the wrong breaker was ordered and they would have to come back to install it. In the meantime they had hooked the A/C to the same breaker as the dryer so we could use it. They came back a week later (Oct 7) to install the proper breaker.
We have had it inspected by the City of Calgary and it passed inspection. As it is late in the season we haven't had the opportunity to use the A/C but are confident that we will be happy and that Arpi's will make it right if there are deficiencies.
