ARPI's did a great job moving my water tank and replacing my furnace. I had to wait a few weeks but it was well worth the wait. They explained everything to me, I had a few select options to choose from which made life simpler, and the output has been extremely suitable to our family needs. I would highly recommend them. I had my furnace and hot water tank replaced. They were of mid-80's vintage and I wanted more efficiency. This is the second install that Arpi's has done for me. I replace the furnace and water tank at my previous home about 3 years ago. Craig Dryer was my contact on both installs and he is very knowledgeable when it comes to the size and efficiency of the equipment. He also has a strong understanding of the City's inspection requirements. Having someone who knows these things when you get your quote is a big advantage. Both of my installs had unusual requirements and the Arpi's guys were able to sort out the issues efficiently.
Rob and Larry were on time and worked a very full day to finish the install. They took the time to explain the process when I asked questions, cleaned up when they were done and were professional even though I noticed some frustration when sorting out a couple of issues.

The gas inspector from the city told me that the carbon monoxide detectors should be installed close to the floor as this gas is heavy. I don't think the installers are aware of this.

We have used Arpi's for the past 20 years. They show up on time and on the date scheduled. Their staff are very professional both in the office and onsite. They carefully and methodically explain how to operate the equipment. Their work is completed on time for the price quoted. We have never had to call them back for faulty or incomplete work. I asked online for an estimate. Received a phone call and a time and date were set up with Peter. We had to change date and time but asked for Peter. He came and gave us a quote. We asked for an installment date, received one. John came with an apprentice and installed A/C efficiently. Could not have asked for more efficient and friendly staff. Cleaned up the work areas very well. Explained everything well.

The worker that did the estimate was very knowledgeable, gave honest advice and was very professional.
The 2 installers were ok, one was difficult to understand so I couldn't quite figure out what he was telling me, and the other wasn't very professional, and rushed the wind-up process so I ended up not having the right information for the city inspector, which the city helped me with. The installers were wonderful, very polite, friendly, answered all of our questions. They were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The only down flaw was the insulation in the basement that was removed (unfinished basement) for Install was not clean up rather swept against the wall. New high efficiency furnace and air conditioner were installed. Installers were friendly and efficient and discussed the details of installation before proceeding. Most of all, the work was clean, neat and tidy. I even had a humidifier that was badly installed that the workers rewired and changed the drain pipe, free of charge. We had a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier and hot water tank installed by two of the most professional, friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious installers. All aspects of each piece was fully explained to us before they left.
Our salesman was also most helpful and knowledgeable as to the exact products that fit our requirements. He laid out all our options and quickly took care of all the rest.
I would not hesitate in the least to recommend Arpi's to anyone who needs their expertise.

We had an issue where our furnace stopped working one evening during a cold snap in Calgary. I contacted Arpi's after hour service and was impressed with the speed of service and communication. The tech called me on three separate occasions to keep me apprised of his arrival time and the conclusion of the call.
Since the initial service call that evening I am a bit frustrated at the lack of service. I was advised that one of the pipes on the exterior of my home would have to be replaced due to a poor design. It has been weeks since the initial service call and still waiting to have the issue resolved. I have contacted the area supervisor and left messages and have heard nothing back. After a few mistakes by the sales staff we finally signed a deal for an air conditioner earlier this year thru Costca.
The installation was done flawlessly and without any inconvenience to the household. And was done to provincial codes.
I would have no problems recommending this company to all my friends .

Not happy with the installation. Left a mess as in didn't remove old pipes, didn't seal whole in concrete, generally messy install. Have had them come 3 times and it still isn't complete.
Furnace works in general but humidor isn't set up properly, vents are in wrong place and installed wrong to the point I can't open a basement door properly.
