Arpi's sent out qualified and skilled workers who replaced our furnaces and AC units with minimal disruption to our house.
They have been prompt several times when we have had them out to try to reduce the irritating high pitch whine from our "quietest furnace on the market" and have improved the situation but have not yet found the solution. Maybe Lennox will come out to try to get their "quiet" furnace less irritating.

Arpi's install team Steve and Kyle arrived on time, explained what waht they were going to be doing and advised it would take 2 days to install the furnace and AC. Applied plastic runner down over carpet areas for protection . Upon completion Steve went through all aspects or options of system. Removal of the old furance went well. They cleaned up mechanical room and outside work area and removed all , as if they were never there ..very clean. We noticed after a day of furnace operation the humidifier was not working. From the employee who came to give us a quote to the install employees everyone was very professional and helpful.Everyone wAs on time for scheduled appointments.They were very helpful in helping us make a decision of what kind of furnace we should install to what kind of thermostat would be the best for us.They made sure we knew how to operate everything and how to change the furnace filter.Staff at Arpi's go over and above there duty to make sure you are happy with the service you received and paid for.I have no doubt that know matter what they need to do whether to install or service the job will be well done.Customer satisfaction is there goal . Arpi's is the Costco installer for the Lennox products from them. The process involved meeting with a Sales Rep after you contact Costco, which led to a meeting at the site to discuss the requirements for the install. Arpi's was generally expedient to respond to email inquiries after our meeting and even allowed me to purchase additional service install needs outside of what I purchased at Costco, which was a huge assistance to us.
After the meeting with the Sales Rep it was another trip back to Costco to purchase the Lennox items and from there, setting up a time to get the products installed.
Prior to the install date, Arpi's was very diligent in calling to remind us about our install time and in confirming the details which was appreciated.
The service team that came to install the Lennox items were polite, courteous, and professional. They did a great job installing their items, making sure that covers were used on the areas they would be traversing to ensure they weren't soiled which was totally AWESOME considering we still have dirt around our newly built home.
They worked through lunch to make sure all their tasks were completed before the end of the day and walked us through their work that had been accomplished. The team was also great at cleaning up the debris during the install and taking away the garbage on their own including the venting that was changed to accommodate the Pure Air system.
The only minor detail left was the trimming of the brackets holding the A/C unit, which they didn't have a cutter for during the install date but said they would return to do it the next day, however a week later it still remains uncut.

Informative, friendly and efficient. Had 4 quotes and they were the only company to actually sit down with me and explain the difference in furnaces and how they work. The dealer was great. They spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the best option for my house would be. They did not oversell me on anything. I would like to share the recent experience we had concerning a new furnace & hot water tank purchase and installation that was completed this February 24th, 2014 by Arpi's.
My wife and I can not say enough good things about Arpi's and this whole experience! I dealt with seven people at Arpi's starting with their technician at a booth in a local retailer providing great information on Lennox fuel efficient furnaces and ending with my making the purchase price payment to a very nice lady in their accounts receivables dept. All these individuals displayed a very good knowledge and professionalism in their respective fields. They were all so very pleasant to speak with that it was just like talking to good friends! The work was completed in one day as promised and if you had visited us that evening you never would have known that we had both a furnace and hot water tank installed just hours earlier. When the technicians left our home was exactly as it was before they arrived, but with a more efficient and very quiet Lennox furnace heating it! I have no hesitations what so ever in recommending both Arpi's and the Lennox product to future clients.

We had a tricky situation to properly vent our new furnace up to the new building standards. Of all the folks we had quote the job, Arpi's gave us the best and most direct explanation. They were quick with the work, and kept us in the loop at all times (since there were a few unexpected things to come up along the way)

Arrived on time and ready to work. Unfortunately, our main rep had a dentist appointment that day but informed us of that right up front. Again unfortunately, that added approximately three to four hours to the installation time. We had had four days of no furnace by that time and were somewhat ticked (-15 to -20 C for four solid days and as low as 8 C in the house). However, we survived and the end result was very good. Furnace was installed June 4th. City inspector inspected the furnace on June 11th. Inspector said that one of the outside pipes was too close to the gas meter. He also said that he thought he smelled a faint smell of gas from my furnace and said I should tell Arpis. He said that he would put it in his report as well. I called Arpis on June 11th and was told that the pipe would be taken care of. Today is June 19th and the pipe has still not been shortened, Also on June 11th, I told Arpis about the gas smell. I was advised that if I was concerned about a gas smell that I should call ATCO to have them look at it at no charge. Not sure if Arpis should take care of this or if it was my responsibility. It seems that once my furnace was installed and paid for that my concerns and the concerns of the inspector didn't mean much. Hopefully I will get some service soon. The installers arrived on time, reviewed the scope of their work with me and answered all of my guestions. There was a regulatory issue regarding venting of my furnaces and hot water tank. Wes, the installer advised me of the problem and provided options for the solution, which required replacing my existing hot water tank with a power vented hot water tank. Pricing for this solution was provided very quickly and efficiently by both the installer and Arpi's office staff. Iwas pleased with the solution although it did mean extra cost but made the installation of vents a lot simpler as result. I am very happy with the installation and will definitely use Arpis for any further HVAC requirements I have in the future and will recommend Arpi's to all my friends and relatives.. Arpi's was one of the dealers were considering for an A/C installation. They are an BBB accredited business , and we were quite impressed with their product knowledge and thoroughness when they came to do the first inspection and quote.
We decided to go with them because they carried Lennox versus other quotes with similar pricing that didn't.
Their installers arrived on time and were very professional. They even rectified my humidifier discharge that was drained in the wrong way.
