Our furnace was replaced on September 28, 2016. However, first of all we had placed a yearly service call to Arpi's, the technician came out to our house on September 13th, and right-away discovered that the heat exchanger was cracked. He called the Arpi's office for someone to come out to give us an estimate, and that person were at our house a couple of hours later. We went with the estimate to have a Lennox furnace installed, and the work was done September 28th. All the staff involved were very professional, kind and caring. I had an old furnace that was loud and obnoxious nearing the end of its life. I replaced it with a new Lennox furnace and I couldn't be happier thus far. the Installs was very professional and even quicker than I thought. Needed a quick quote on fix vs replace furnace malfunction. Decided to go with the replacement unit due to so much water damage/rust inside our existing furnace. Arpi's provided a quick accurate and reasonable quote for both jobs. They came promptly as planned and replaced our furnace. They did a great job! Placement of pipes and tubes was much better than previous setup. Area was cleaned up afterwards and walkthrough of the operation of the unit with our existing air conditioners was also performed. The best service I received from ARPI was the response to the initial contact I made with them through their website. After the estimate everything fell apart. I was literally chasing the person who came to our house to get the estimate. After the estimate I asked for the 10% discount with financing which was promised in their advert (which I have a copy). The discount was promised but never received. No prior contact with me before installation, they just showed up in my house and started installation ... the person in charge of our account just called me at work on the day to tell me that installers were in my house installing....without a firmed up pricing and financing agreement between the two parties!!!
I had to raise issues with them through their online customer feedback form before they finally gave the discount and told me because I am getting the discount there won't be any financing (which is totally different from what the door hanger they circulated in our community and I have a copy of says!)

After checking myself overall installation I found some of the drilling done on the actual aluminum air ducts needed "duct tape", all the air was leaking from these locations, I applied duct tape myself hopping is what is needed, still I thought a manager would show up to do a general check to see if the overall installation was done properly. I would have liked to have seen a more "finished" plastic conduit for the lines where they enter the house, rather than the raw drilled hole filled with caulking through side of the house, other-wise 5/5.
