Install was completed in a neat and tidy fashion. Unit installed has met my expectations for being quiet and effective at cooling our home. Had to do a recall shortly after installation and the service technician arrived on same day of call. Very professional and the Lead Technician went extra mile by adding a tube drain for my existing humidier. Both guys are very helpful clearing the path to the outside pipes. The other tech was so clear explaining the free touch screen thermostat.
Glad we put itbin before the heat wave. My daughter's mice are doing high fives!!

From the first meeting for the estimate to the installation crew, ARPI'S was top notch service. Never high pressure sales just a honest recommendation of equipment.
We had AC, tankless hot water and garage heater installed. Robert, our estimator looked at out furnace and gave his honest opinion saying it really wouldn't worth the investment at this time to replace the furnace. We really appreciated that because others said it would be needed with the new AC.

From the time that we spoke to the Rep at Costco until installation took less than three weeks. Very impressed with the work that Wes and Roger did. They arrived on time and did a great job. They were very professional and polite.

My wife and I were in the market for two replacement furnaces to reduce our HVAC bill and update our 15 year old units. I had done a lot of reading & research on line and come to the conclusion that my one and only choice was going to be Lennox. We then attended the Calgary home show in the following week and walked around, when we arrived at the ARPI'S display they were very helpful & informative and we were able to book an appointment in our home for a detailed follow up & quote. From the time Wayne came around when he said he would and followed up by email and phone calls, which my wife had to deal with one on one - Wayne was straight forward & top level of customer service. We booked a date & time for both furnaces to be replaced along with one of the thermostats. On day one of the install Mike our installer from ARPI's was number one when it came workmanship, customer service and telling us what was going on and were we would be at the end of day 1 of the 2 day overhaul. Day 2 came around and the rest of the install went along as quoted with Wayne, again Mike showed professional conduct and top shelf customer service without a doubt. Even when it came to the install of the new thermostat with all the latest technology Mike was in his element showing me the set-up and operation. The finished product in our mechanical room is nothing short of the shear professionalism and workmanship of Mike from ARPI's has done. The system is super quite and improved our quality of living very quickly along with a reduction in our HVAC bill. The night my furnace went out it was -21 and my house was at 14. They came right over and found the problem and even showed me the problem. They even started my fireplace for me. Salesman here next day as furnace had to be replaced and brought me electric heaters to help keep the house as warm as possible. They installed a new furnace the next day even though it was a Saturday and even came 1 1/2 hrs. Who ever heard of that! Everyone was clean, friendly, knowledgeable, patient with my questions and left my house so clean you would never have known that they were here.
