I knew my house was going to be a logistical nightmare. Weird hallway angles, doors, rails, and yet somehow in around 4 hours I had a furnace. On a -15 centigrade day. With pets. We used Arpi's to install two furnaces last week. The technicians arrived on time and completed the job on time. Both technicians, Dave and Roger were professional and polite. Any questions or concerns were answered. At this time everything appears to be running well. The only thing they forgot was to reignite our water tank prior to leaving. There is one thing that I was not pleased with. I had a programmable thermostat for the furnace that was installed. That thermostat was digital and in working condition. I agreed to change it because I was told that the one that went in its place would be the same as the one have on my other furnace. However, the one that was installed was not programmable and I am finding it very inconvenient and at this time wish I had not agreed to change. Arpi's Industries Ltd Team. 12/17/15 |

I'm very happy with the job that the installers did with my furnace and water heater. Nice tidy job with all the wires neatly tucked away. They first laid down some protective plastic to keep the floors clean, rolled it up when finished the install and vacuumed after that! Much appreciated. Very pleasant and knowledgable couple of guys which seems to be such a rare combination lately. As for the products, very nice pieces of equipment that are working as expected. I would just like to say “thank you†for our very satisfactory experience of the recent installation of our two new Lennox Elite Series Home furnaces. From the initial consultation with Wayne Hostland, the removal of our two old furnaces, and then the installation of the new Lennox furnaces, the whole experience was wonderful. Shawn came bright and early to start the removal process and had quite a few safety tips for me learn. Then Craig and Drilon came later on, and continued well into the evening, and returned the following morning to complete the project.
The whole time, the men were polite, respectful and always maintained a clean work area (also protecting our floors/carpets).
People are always quick to report problems, however, I just wanted to send along my ‘thanks’ to these wonderful people and a thank you to ARPI'S (Calgary Alberta division) for hiring a such a great customer service team.

We had ongoing issues with our furnace and had several service calls . Both technicians were very good and helpful and the second one was no charge as he corrected a deficiency and found we needed a new heat exchanger. That was when we decided to go with a new furnace. The sales, installation and after service follow-up has been great so far and we are scheduled for a service call this afternoon to adjust the settings as we are finding the air to be too cool. I am happy with my furnace now that the problem with the water heater has been resolved. Craig Dyer, the salesman, is a very caring individual. I feel He can be trusted. The installers were punctual and nice. Furnace and Water heater tank were installed properly and appeared to be reliable. No issues with the city inspector. Great furnace replacement. Happy with the furnace. Clean and professional installation. But STILL waiting for a duct cleaning 1 month (that's already paid for) and they still haven't called to schedule it. Both the furnace project guy (1 month ago) and the furnace installers (1 week ago) promised someone would be calling me immediately to schedule the cleaning.
As well, they haven't properly finished the intake and exhaust vents. Installation guys said someone would be out to insulate and secure to the wall. Insulation happened a few days ago but still not secured to wall and holes around pipes in house wall aren't sealed. Were sealed once by installers, but pulled out when insulation installed and not repaired.

Reputable name and did a good job. Only complaint I had was the fact that it was wet outside and where they installed the compressor was muddy.
