My Wife and I who are joint owners of the property located at
4535-46 Avenue S.W., Calgary were very impressed with both
Mr.Kirk Turnbull, Project Manager, Residential Division of Arpi's
Industries and Mr.Dillon, who installed a new Lennox Furnace in
our home on October 2, 2017. Both of them showed excellent
knowledge about the product, courteous and respectful during
their visit to our home. Both of them answered all our questions. Mr.Kirk Turnbull explained to us the two or three
Lennox models, the prices for each and their efficiencies. Also,
the availability of financing and payment each month. We were
able to make an "informed judgement" of the model we chose
and his advice about the best model to suit our house. My best
wishes to both Mr.Turnbull and Mr.Dillon (who was responsible

The service and responsiveness was first class. From the Project Manager to the 2 Service Technicians the level of professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. The PM was requested to try and fit in a larger HRV in the small mechanical room and was so able and the Technicians installed the equipment so well that the City Gas inspector even gave them a 2 thumbs up and such a neat install. Our 7 year old water heater developed two leaks (inlet and outlet pipes at top of heater). Water was flowing on the floor to our drain. Our first response from ARBI's was that we would not have a service call for six (6) days! I was stunned and angry. We have been ARPI's customers for 20+ years - we bought the water heater from ARPI's! I called back and was quite angry with the person on the phone. She went off the phone and came back and said we would have a service call the next morning at 8 am. Paul arrived shortly after 8 - he determined that we needed a new heater - he ordered one and it was installed within 1-2 hours. That was excellent service.
Our frustration at the beginning was started by no one answering the phone for at least 10 minutes - we kept being told (by a recorder) "We'll be right with you" - that became a joke and an irritant. Chia came today to see why our water heater wasn't working. He spent about an hour trying to determine the cause of our problem. He was extremely friendly, personable and professional. We had a new furnace installed and as usual dealing with Arpi's it was a great experience. The project manager, Craig was great, professional, friendly and went above and beyond, even getting us some space heaters to tide us over until the furnace could be installed.
The installation team was prompt, professional and friendly. They explained everything up front, pointed out any issues that arose and when they left the work site was cleaner than when they started. They got me up to speed on the next steps, and walked me through the new furnace.
Again, from beginning to end you felt like they cared about their quality of work and the impression they made. It was clear that they knew their stuff as it were and they made the whole process as painless as possible.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism, patience and understanding of this team. I am a teacher so it is not ideal to leave my students to be home for a day. We had a few problems with the actual purchase of the furnace as we purchased through Costco - had problems connecting with the Arpi's rep. on location. Once that was complete we were very happy with the staff and Technicians that installed our new furnace. After getting rescheduled over and over with another furnace cleaner, we called Arpi's for regular maintenance of our furnace. Immediately there was a difference: the technician didn't even mention the fact that our furnace was installed in 1976 and didn't even suggest selling us a new one. Every other furnace cleaner we've used in the past 20 years has done the hard sell - ours was anything but efficient, but it still worked. With the carbon tax now being a major expense and a big part of our retiree pension, we were forced to replace our furnace so we went with the provider that didn't pressure us: Arpi's.
The installation was 1 day quick and beyond clean and comprehensive. They included 2 carbon monoxide alarms outside our bedrooms and the installers went as far as to clean up the sloppy installation of the pipe running from our humidifier (installed by another supposed big name in Calgary). During the city inspection, I mentioned how happy we were with the cleanliness of the installation and the inspector agreed, stating he sees only good from Arpi's.

My AC outdoor unit was installed incorrectly the first time. It ran continuously. Couldn't get anyone to look at it over the weekend. Left a message but no one called back. Had to follow up and set up another appointment the following day for someone to fix it. Adi Garibovic was excellent in explaining what went wrong and he fixed the issue.
