Estimator Rob came round the next day was very friendly, helpful & explained all the options very clearly after our old furnace died. Also followed up with some of our questions after installation. Today I had the house 2 Furnaces tune up by Erwin. Erwin is
very knowledgeable about the furnace n explained clearly on
my questions. He worked efficiently n kept the place very clean
afterward. My house 2 furnaces were installed by your
company on April 2017 by Mr. Damien Mccusker, Keith, Mike n Kent Chan who looked after the furnace installment, replacement of thermostat panel...all of them showed their professional knowledge n very helpful...specially Mr. Mccusker...he followed up the whole procedure very thoroughly. I have to say that I have been blown away by the attitude passed by the employees of this company. Prompt curtious and friendly. I received prompt service response and install with no grief, excuses or delays. Job manager explained everything and personally reviewed the house so that no surprises were had by anyone. And the installer were amazing. They worked their butts off, the house was left clean and except for the saws and hammering I wouldn’t have known they were there.
I will greatly recommend this company over all others.
PS the others two companies I had tender the new furnace install still haven’t got back to me after a week. ARPI’s has the job done 2 days after initial visit.

The whole process of changing our furnace went like clock work. We chose the unit we wanted and have been pleased with it so far.
The repair men were hard working and professional trades people.

I was very impressed by the two guys who installed the airconditioning. They were very professional, polite and respectful. Although I’m no expert in their field, they seemed to work very efficiently and tidy.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

This is to compliment Arpi’s Industries Ltd on the installation of our furnace. An ATCO engineer recommended Arpi’s as a reputable company that had an excellent reputation and we were not disappointed. We found all the people we dealt with were professional and skilled in their jobs. The technician,Kent Chen,immediately diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger and referred us to Project Manager Wayne Hostland who came out after hours and spent time with us explaining our options and organized a furnace replacement team for the next day. Very fast service indeed.

Arp's could have told us that no consumer rebates were available for the furnace we installed - we lost time before no rebates were confirmed.
And, holes and heat leaks from the furnace should have been sealed by Arpi's, or communicated to us that the holes and leaks should be addressed. Arpi's Industries Ltd Team. 04/15/18 |

Wayne gave us very good advice , and a very good quote, promise of installation time was to the letter.
Installation crew were super, on time , kept us informed , let the basement spotless.
Wayne did a follow up on the work done.

Seth and his coworker were excellent, (the 2 techs that did the install). City inspector also stated the work done was excellent and he was pleased. Craig, the project manager that came out to do the quote, I felt lied to me to get the job. Although I could be wrong. It was just so odd that he kept insisting the install happen before the end of the month, he needed to keep his crews busy, etc, etc. My gut told me he wanted to get us in before the end of the month because there would be a sale at Costco. So I wasn't surprised when come the start of the month, there is a sale at Costco. Again, just an assumption. But the facts speak for themselves. Other than that, the install went smooth, and I would use them again based on merit. And the techs were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence. We woke up with no heat so we called arpi's which was on a sticker attached to our furnace by previous owners. I'm so glad we called them . We have little people and dogs so not having heat in January is pretty stressful. I called and within an hour and a half they had a technician over to fix the problem. Sadly our furnace could not be repaired but seth our technician went above and beyond to show me just what had happened and explained every last detail. We then had a sales rep at our house to go over all the details of a new furnace within 2 hours of that. 2 days later we had Alex and kale over to install a new furnace who I cannot say enough good things about. They were so polite, informative and proffessional. They worked around our dogs and toddler's, made little to no mess, cleaned everything and made everything look amazing. They discovered that we also needed a new hot water tank and installed that the very same day with no inturuption in service. I have never seen any one work so hard. They worked 8am -6 pm without stopping to take time for breaks or lunch, they worked so hard the whole day through. If only there were more people in the service industry like them. They took the time to explain everything before , during and every last detail after the installation so there was no questions and we knew just how our products worked. We had a total of furnace , hot water tank, new filter ( bigger and better then the regular furnace filters) , humidifier, thermostat, and 2 co2 detectors installed that day. I am not pleased with the exhaust locatio of my now installed
Lennox furnaces. The location is right underneath my bedroom
window. Produces a lot of steam so I can not open the window.

Our dealings with Arpi's were pleasant and fast. We got them at a very busy time, but they had a furnace and water heater installed quickly. They also set up my warranty and rebate for me, I'm not great on computer. Highly recommended, they made an unpleasant time quite comfortable.

Kirk Turnbull, Project Manger in Residential Division, was very professional & did all the leg work before the installation of our new furnace. He went above the normal to make sure we understood all we needed to know. He was also very helpful with getting us the est bang for our tight budget & the warranty process afterwards.
The installation person, Alex, was also very efficient & helpful during the process - always keeping us informed of what was going on. He & the other gentleman put in a long day but it was well worth it in the end.

Surprised we had to wait a few days considering it was winter and we had no heat. Otherwise, very clean, courteous and efficient once they got started. We are concerned about one part of the instalation that was attached to a wall we plan on tearing down. No one asked or checked with us first as it was clearly not a finished wall. James Bayliss called over as planned to run a service call on the furnace. Super-helpful: we discussed a related sound issue that we've been hearing from the furnace or hot water system. Unable to fix on this call as we couldn't pinpoint the source, however James spent time to work through the possibilities and explain each stage.
