From making the appointment to the Tech everything went smoothly. We were accommodated to the date and time requested. Rob was very thorough in the job that he did. He answered any questions that we asked. He was the first person to take the "drum" out and clean and dust the interior of the furnace. He caught and replaced some minor parts that had worn out. Vanessa Lam did my service & I was pleased with her professional & pleasant attitude as well as her service. She also discovered that my condense pump was not working. She then replaced the pump. This part was not on warranty as were the furnace & humidifier. Because this pump is s requiment when a drain is not nearby, it should be warranted as well. Arpi's Industries Ltd Team. 10/20/17 |

Excellent service once the technician arrived. When I booked the appointment (1-2 months ago), I was told the technician would arrive at 8am. At 8:45am I heard from technician that he had a Safety Commity Meeting, and would now be arriving between 9-9:30. Then the Dispatcher called and said the same thing. Joe was the tech who installed our furnace. He was pleasant and professional and displayed obvious pride in the quality of his workmanship When the job was completed he took the time to go over "everything" such as how the programmable thermostat worked. He cleaned up and when he left you would never know he had been here; there was absolutely nothing to clean-up. What a pleasant surprise to find this in today's day and age. I have worked with Arpis for over 30 years as a corporate interior designer mostly in downtown Calgary. They have always provided excellent knowledge and service! As with all projects....when there is a problem they have rectified it immediately and with pure professionalism. Project extras...which always happen too... have always been reasonable!
