We had a new furnace and A/C installed. The service and communication was excellent. We were informed as to what was going on and when everything would get done. We thought we would have holes in our ceiling but they did a beautiful job and you would never know they were working here. I would definatly recommend them to anyone. This has been one of our most seamless purchases that we have made. I met Mike at Costco display and he advised us on the Best furnace for our needs.
Then Arpis rep came over and assessed our layout for the install. This was followed by Matt and Tim who were prompt on appointment and the install went very smoothly. Both Tim and Matt completed the work on time and even helped out on other HVAC suggestions.

From the estimate to the furnace, air cleaner and thermostat being installed we were completely satisfied. Brock & Rob installed our home's A/C unit on a hot July day. They were prompt, respectful, & explained what they were doing, & cleaned up after themselves. The A/C has been working very well & we are enjoying the cooler air, especially when trying to sleep. Arpi's provided us with the City permit number & now we are just waiting on our inspection. Arpi's installed central air in my home, one year ago and the unit has worked great. Recently Arpis installed a new furnace. To start with the sales rep Wayne, did not pressure sell, he simply gave me the options, and I decided on a unit that was larger than a competitors unit at the same price. The air conditioning system was the same experience. Wayne did not put down any competitors, just quoted and sold the product. The installation went very smooth and the installer gave me clear instructions and good advice on how to operate both the air and furnace. The furnace certainly seems to have been the best fit, as the air conditioner works 50 percent better this year than last, suspect it is the two stage fan or at least the efficiency of the fan in this unit. All went well with installation, follow up to get AC system adjusted also done promptly. The crew cleaned up, no mess left over. We can now make ice cubes up stairs!!

Jared and his team did an awesome job replacing my furnace and installing the AC. They explained everything they did, how to use the equipment and made sure things were clean when they left. Could not of asked for anything more from the install team. Shawna was also great to deal with. She registered my equipment, reminded me about the rebates and called me back ASAP when she wasn't available to take my call.
My only complaint was that the salesman Kevin made it sound like the AC I purchased qualified for a rebate when it was another model that did. Also I had to contact him a few times to resend my quote as I had the quote done in the fall and had the work done in the spring just so I could see the price difference. We just had ARPI's put a new air conditioner in our daughters home. They were 1st class all the way. Detailed and competitive bid and willing to adjust as we learned more about what we wanted. Professional install; right on promised time, great install, tested everything, cleaned everything up. We also have been using ARPI's for our home maintenance for some time (furnace, boiler and air conditioning). They are always consistently professional. They never try and oversell us on repairs -- just do what is needed and try and find us ways to save money. Very safety focused in all their work. I have had an AC and a furnace installed by Arpi’s (the first AC also installed by them 25 years ago and running well but replaced with a more energy efficient one). I was very happy with the professionalism I received throughout both of those processes from the first guy I met (Kevin, I think?) to install. Since then, because the appliances had more force than the previous ones, we developed a problem with a LOUD buzzing noise throughout the house when either heat or cool air was being forced through and it drove us crazy. In comes Seth, who had never seen anything like it but figured out what the problem was. The problem had nothing to do with either the AC or the furnace but with a flaw in one of the floor joists caused by renovations which disrupted floors and walls etc. Seth could have said, “yeah, nothing wrong with what we installed, you need to call another guy and have this fixed in your flooring”. When he told me what the issue was I completely expected him to say, “yeah, not our problem, see ya”. Instead, Seth went and got his bag of tools and drill and fixed it himself!!! Buzzing noise, completely gone. I was SO thankful and grateful that he diagnosed the problem AND fixed it for me when he really didn’t have to. This is someone who goes beyond what he has to do to make someone’s day. Such a nice guy and I appreciated how he helped me out, so much! Thank you so much Seth, you are a rock star!
