Workers were on time, conscientious, thorough and courteous. They came on time, took care in preventing a mess, worked long and worked hard. They were considerate on every level and cleaned up before they left.

I used Arpi's for the first time this year to do the annual furnace and duct cleaning, as well as the furnace and hot water tank inspections. All technicians were friendly and professional. My old furnace needed replacing due to a cracked heat exchanger and various other issues. The installers were polite and efficient and took the time to explain everything they did and how to operate everything (I had a new humidifier installed as well). My apologies for not writing this review sooner. I was apprehensive and dreading installing the new furnace. As it turned out I need not have been. The two technicians (Dylan and Kevin) arrived right on time. spread drop sheets down the stairs and over to the furnace area. They worked quietly and in the limited space; it could not have been an easy install job which included a rerouting of the exhaust to the outdoors and installing a new humidifier and drain line, also a new thermostat.
On completion, I was most pleasantly surprised there was no real mess after the drop sheets were rolled up. This was important to me because I am somewhat disabled. The two technicians answered all my questions and explained the new thermostat and humidifier to me.
I am most grateful for the continued service received from Arpi"s over the years from the installation of the last furnace in 1998 and its yearly checks to its replacement in 2018. If asked, I would not hesitate to recommend Arpi's services.

Mike G, Arpi's sales rep at Costco South, was super helpful and patient with us as we decided on buying 2 new furnaces. Kirk T. , Project Manager very knowledgeable and experienced sorting out and advising on the installation process. The installers, Joe S. with Matthew on day 1, Joe S. and Hank on day 2, were more than outstanding. Professional, hard-working, highly experienced and great at keeping us informed of the process. When our Arpi's crew arrived to install our new furnace they said they would be here until 4pm, starting around 830am. They worked hard, removing the old furnace, prepping the area for the new furnace. All was going well until they had to place the sleeve in the chimney, then it got difficult. Who knew buried inside the wall, the chimney liner would stop at the second floor. Some careful calculations and a little of guess work had us open up the wall inside our main floor closet near the ceiling to reveal the problem. When the house was framed, the original chimney had a slight vertical detour. Enough to stop the chimney sleeve from advancing. One of the Arpi's installers spent hours in the closet exposing the problem area and opening up the original chimney at the detour to allow a fix. The Arpi's crew had it all done by 830pm, just 4hrs extra, spent in a closet dealing with the conflict of original framing and HVAC.
Through the day we kept the Arpi's crew fed & watered, bringing in some Tim Horton's coffee & donuts, bottles of water. Even bbq hot dogs that evening and fed the crew. They needed something, they worked hard.
We thanked them for a job well done, everything in the furnace room looks good. They took the time to integrate the humidifier with the new install and that looks great. Cold air intakes rerouted and it is here I would find the only issue. The new outside air ducts are placed over the siding. The siding wasn't cut back with drip edge & flashing placed to box in the new vents. I understand why it was done the way it was, Arpi's installs HVAC, not siding or do siding work. Still, it does take away slightly from the job.
However, all in all, from Kevin who came and provided the quote to Wes and his fellow furnace installer, who worked so hard to complete the job, we are thankful.

The blower in our 17 year old furnace went and we were left without heat for a few days. We received quotes from two other service providers that weren't able to fit us in for a new furnace install right away. After talking to Arpi's they sent a project manager over the next day and had an install crew at our house the following day!
The install crew were all very knowledgeable, experienced, honest and professional. They were respectful of our home, offered detailed explanations about the work they were doing as well as how the new furnace and thermostat functioned. They were able to troubleshoot a few install problems in a timely fashion and solved them with professional solutions.
We purchased our furnace through Chuck, the Arpi's representative at the Rocky View Cross Iron Mills Costco. He was very helpful, polite, kind and knowledgeable. He was such a pleasant person to deal with.
A final shout out goes to Kirk, our project manager and Keith, our install technician. They both were great to work with and did an outstanding job!

My experience started with an initial call to Arpi’s. The female representative was great. She was very helpful and worked through all of the questions and information gathering quickly and with a warm and friendly demeanour.
The initial assessment by the technician was high stress given the situation we faced but he was very competent and quick to assess the problem. He provided in depth breakdown of the available options to repair or replace. I felt very comfortable he was not playing games and enabled us to make the right decision.
The installation guys were also top notch. They completed all work professionally and competently. They went above and beyond in making improvements as neccesssary.

Right from the get go, my furnace replacement went very well. I met with Rob Forseth who capably explained all my options. No pressure to sell me upgrades or add ons, only what I wanted and needed. The install by Brock and Matt was very professional and almost seemless. There was a bit of an issue wiring in the ecobee thermostat that I use. Brock was very persistent and got the problem solved. Just had an issue with furnace inspection, as I never received permit number? I did call both Arpis and Superior safety codes. Still haven’t had inspection for furnace yet?
