We had a great experience with Amistee Air Duct Cleaning. They were very professional and did an amazing job on the air ducts. They did not rush through the house, they took their time and made sure everything was done to a high standard. The two technician that came to the house were friendly and informative about what they were going to do and made it a very enjoyable experience. Arrived right on time that they said they would. Introduced themselves and asked if we had any questions before they started. They were respectful to our home, wearing shoe covers , laid down drop cloths to protect our hardwood floors and carpeting. They were quick, efficient and thorough. This was the first time the air ducts in our home were cleaned. Rick and Curtis were the techs. They were on time and got right to work. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Very good experience with Amistee.
I was called 35mins prior to the appointment by their office to let me know the team were on schedule and would be arriving at the allotted time.
The vehicle arrived promptly.
The team leader introduced himself and his co-worker.
He gave me initial run through of how the work would be carried out and how long it would take.
He also informed me of the noise that would be made by the various tools during the process, some which may upset our dog if he was in close proximity. (In the end the dog lay outside quite happily not far from the truck during the cleaning) .
Next into the basement to check out the layout and to describe in detail what would be done.
The equipment was then set up and they accessed the air ducts as described.
"Before" pictures were taken and I was shown the various areas of the ducting system.
Once the cleaning started they kept me informed of the process through out.
When complete, they tidied up everything behind them, showed me the after pictures.
Both employees were very professional and polite.

Started looking into air cleaning as my finacee and I have horrid allergies. My dad gave me a heads up to find a company that takes before and after photos. After some searching on google, I came across Amistee. Hands down they had the best site explaining what they would do, as well as the process to do it (most companies repeated that they would clean the ducts). And I think they were the only one that took before and after pics. Impressed, I called and talked to a customer service rep. I dont remember her name, but she was polite, and got a bit more into the process, including time to do it and costs. The appt was scheduled for between 8-9am the following week. I received a reminder the day before, as well as the next morning 30min before arrival (Comcast, you should be taking notes). Jim and Tommy were there on time. Both were very courteous, respectful and professional. They explained what they were going to do, and were quite efficient. The whole process took about 2 hours. Based on the amazing reviews, I had Amistee come out to clean our vents and ducts. They were on time, professional, and just nice guys. Unfortunately, they accidentally damaged our AC. The great news was they held themselves fully accountable, handled all the costs with getting it fixed, and ensured it was done as soon as possible. The owner personally called me three times to ensure everything was done well. I was so impressed with the way they handled things that I hired them for another job a week later. They came out on time, were very nice and professional. I even told them they didn't have to wear the booties because I was getting my carpets cleaned and they insisted. I had just moved into this home and there was black soot all around the vents so I assumed the ducts had never been cleaned. When Dan went up he came back and showed me pictures of very pristine vents. He stated that the filter in my only air return in the house was very dirty and due to only having one return, things were slipping by and coming back out the vents. I appreciated his advice to change the filter and consider adding a couple returns. They were quick, efficient, and kind. Best of all there was no charge! Both Rick and his helper, Matt, were courteous, professional and thorough in explaining and cleaning the ducts. I felt totally comfortable with their efforts.
Only issue that was a bit troublesome was Rick's pointing out during the post-cleaning walk-through that one of the ducts in the basement was not accessible. He felt that during the construction of my house, the builder neglected to put a hole through that duct. So he felt debris was sitting there, but could not be cleaned.
