I was called before their arrival time that they were on their way. Very friendly young men, and they worked hard cleaning out 100 year old duct work. Our basement and crawlspace are not fun places, but in they went. They were here over 2 hours, and did a great job according to the before and after photos. We have had Amistee Air Duct Cleaning to our home many times, twice we have had Barry Stead handling our service. He is friendly, personable, and professional and represents Amistee very well. The company does a very good job of cleaning our dryer vent and, because we live in a condo, it is important to ensure the safety of everyone who lives here by having professional cleaning done annually. Rick and Doug were very informative prior to starting the cleaning process. Rick pointed out that one of the main returns had never been cleaned by the previous cleaning company. They opened up new cleaning holes and commenced to do a very thorough cleaning job. Upon completion they cleaned up and reinstalled all of the ceiling tiles that were removed. Maybe it's just psychological but the air literally smells cleaner. We have never had our ducts cleaned in this house and our family's allergies have been getting progressively worse and this is going to make a huge difference. The staff was easy to work with and very professional. The process was incredible with the amount of suction they have and they earned every penny. It's been a long time since we had a duct cleaning. Both Jeff
And Barry worked great as a team. I hope I didn't follow them around too much! But I'm always interested how people interact with each other as they are performing their daily work. I was impressed how together they cleared the way of any minor problems as they went about the process of the duct cleaning. They didn't mind my questions and answered them directly with patience even though they also had a job to perform. If I had a concern or suggestion, they would incorporate it into their process. They would let me know the next steps and why as they were doing it. They exhibited an understanding of the duct system even though every home is a little different, you could tell they've seen it all before.
Your employees and their great work product also represents your management strengths and weaknesses. I also thank you for your efforts in creating and maintaining a work environment that is good for your employees as well as the " bottom line". They treated their tools and equipment respectfully and carefully from scoping the site, to set up, through the entire work process and take down. Great Job! Nice truck, too!

Rick and Doug were the gentlemen that cleaned the duct work in a house I purchased that had years of smoking in it along with lack of cleaning. Upon arrival they were very professional and pleasant in their introductions and communicated well exactly what the cleaning process entailed. After they were done Rick explained again what they did and showed me pictures of the clean ducts. They looked great!
