Joe Y. and Darren were the Specialists who came to our home. They were very personable, very polite, and did their work in a timely fashion on this extremely warm day.. Joe explained everything to us completely before they started the job, Joe worked in the basement and Darren even offered us ear plugs to help with the noise before he did all the vents on the main and second floor. Fast and efficient and polite were words I would use to describe Joe and Darren. We've had different workers in our home and these two gentlemen were respectful of our belongings, our furniture and floors. I am so glad that a friend of mine recommended your company to us and having two men as exemploratory workers as Joe Y.and Darren are says a lot about Amistee. They definitely hire the best.

We purchased our home 9 years ago and have never had the air ducts cleaned. I decided to call and schedule an appointment. Jim and Jeff were polite and professional during the entire process. Jim showed me before and after pictures so I could see how much dirt was inside my vents. It was terrible! They also arrived early but a scheduler called to confirm that it was ok with me that they were ahead of schedule - of course! It's nearly impossible to get a service company to arrive on time, let alone EARLY! I first learned about Amistee Air Duct Cleaning while at a Home Show in Pontiac MI. Heather was the rep there explaining the process they go through to clean your entire air ducting system. She intelligently answered all our questions. The videos and display of all the different findings they have pulled out was amazing! I called for my appointment and she was very nice and easy to work with! She found an opening within a week of the call (as I was not in a huge rush). After scheduling the appointment I received a call the day before to make sure everything was still a go. Then received another call for an update letting me know 30 minutes before the gentlemen were to arrive, Very professional in my opinion and right on time! Dan and Josh showed up and were very nice and professional. They explained to me what they were going to do then got right to work. They didn't mind me walking around with them as they were doing their work as I was very curious on how everything worked. They kept updating me and showing me pictures (before and after) as they went through the system so I knew they were getting everything cleaned out! I had some stucco from the previous owners on the air ducts that kept falling off (which I didn't mind since I am planning on removing it later anyways) but Josh was nice enough to sweep it up. Once done vacuuming everything out, they performed the Sanatization which will hopefully get rid of the old cat smell and cleaned up. They brought their own garbage bags too! Took all their trash with them and left my house as clean as it was when they go there. They definitely went the extra mile when they noticed that there was some rust in one of the ducts and when they shook it clean it backed down into the air conditioning collection area. They verified it was ok to make another hole in order to clean that up and then it was good as new. They patched everything nicely and a job well done in my book! Thank you Amistee for creating a great solution and a professional team to get this work done! So many frauds out there and Amistee is NOT one of them! Rick and Roy were great, very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the entire process to us and then asked if we had any questions. They laid down floor coverings and made sure none of their equipment damaged our house. They told us about the coupon online to ensure we were getting the best deal. They also went the extra mile with our dryer vent, which apparently was in pretty bad shape! Barry and Tyler came to the door on time and introduced themselves first. Then they got straight to work. They worked together very efficiently and carefully, paying attention not to mark our newly painted walls.
Both gentlemen clearly like their job! They whistled and sang and chatted with us while they worked, but it did not slow them down. They also know their job very well, and gave us feedback about the condition of our ducts. Barry was kind enough to make an excellent patch over a hole in the ductwork that a previous repairman (from another company) had made. That was definitely going the extra mile!
