Melvyn and Bryce were quiet, professional, pleasant, and clean-cut. They did exactly what they said they would do and did not take breaks to go out and smoke, etc. They were polite and well-spoken. We had a very good experience with Amistee. Rick and Doug arrived on time and were very courteous. They took care to lay down drop cloths and cover their shoes - which is always appreciated. They explained the process step-by-step, answered my questions and walked me through the work they did at the end. 2014; We did quite a lot of renovation in the past 6 months due to a pipe bursting in January. So we called in Amistee to clean the ducts after the construction was done. Rick and Doug were our service technicians this time. They were awesome! They showed up on time, were very pleasant, used shoe covers and protected our new floors and walls and carpet with tarps and foam blocks. They explained everything. They cleaned up so good you could not tell they were here. I would definitely use Amistee again, including Rick and Doug. 2013: Devoinn and Josh were my service people. I received a timely phone call that they were on their way. They arrived timely and were very pleasant. They put on shoe covers so they wouldn't track dirt into my home. We had requested duct and dryer vent cleaning after doing some renovation. They explained the proposed services and assessed the furnaces, ducts and dryer vents. They determined that my furnaces & ducts & dryer vent were clean and didn't need cleaning as we had just had them done in the last 6 months (also by Amistee). They showed me photos of the ducts and dryer vent that showed they were clean. I paid only a service fee and they left. I was very pleased with their honesty. I would definitely recommend them. The guys who came out to clean our ductwork were kind and professional, but I kind of felt like it was a bait and switch deal. I was originally told that the service price was by square footage, and was quoted $495. When the guys began working here, I was asked if I wanted several upgrades. I agreed to pay extra dryer vent cleaning, and get new air filters, but when asked if I wanted the sanitizer cleaner, I thought that should have been included. I did end up getting it, just thought it was a lot and was disappointed that all of these extras were not explained when I originally called so I could plan on them. Lastly, half way through the job, they found out we have 2 furnaces, now this is a whole different story. I was told for 2 furnaces it is $895. Well I never gave that a second thought because when I called to set this all up, I was told it was square footage, no questions about how many furnaces we had. Dan and Tommy were very nice and professional. They made sure they put tarps down and shoe covers on when they came in the house. They were quick but efficient. I was able to see before and after pictures. Too soon to tell difference in overall air quality, but after seeing the before and after pictures, I'm sure that once I turn on the furnace, I will notice a big difference. Jake and Kenny were faboulous! They called to ask if they could come early, which is what I wanted and they came early. Theycarefully explained the process of cleaning and sanitizing the air ducts in my home and answered the questions I had.
They worked quickly and efficentially and completed the job in a timely manner.
When finished they showed me before and after pictures. Wow! What a difference.
Both men we polite, professional and efficent.

The first truck that came to the house had a problem and overheated in the driveway! However, the techs called the manager who came to the house and apologized for the inconvenience, made sure my appointment was rescheduled for the next day, and personally cleaned the coolant off the driveway. The cleaning service itself was great, they were careful with their equipment in the house and were overall very courteous. Also, great communication and punctuality with confirming appointments and giving advance notice of exactly when they would be arriving.
