Rick and Darren were on time, professional and cleaned up everything after they where done. We just moved back home, had boxes everywhere, out of town family staying with us, we have 2 large dogs so our home was completely out of control and they didn't bat an eye lash. We recently purchased a home with a less than desirable smell. The ducts had never been cleaned in the 20 year old house & we could tell. Josh & Melvin arrived on time & prepared to take on our 3000 sq ft home. They didn't waste anytime & provided us with a detailed overview of their work. The guys were respectful of our newly renovated home; paying close attention to care for the refinished wood floors & newly painted walls. The before and after pictures were viewable on site immediately upon completion & the results were amazing. This company is extremely professional. Had a few scheduling changes due to my contractor being behind and they were very accommodating. Andrea in the office called twice to confirm my appointment. The two gentlemen who came were in uniform, put on booties, thoroughly explained the process, checked in with me a few times during the process and did an excellent job. At the end they showed me pictures of the before and after of the furnace and the ducts. They were concerned about the animals in the house being frightened, so cautioned me if that could be the case. Excellent company with excellent service and a product that exceeded my expectations. Amistee was recommended to me by someone in the restoration business, so I knew they must do good work.
On my initial call I was given a price quote and a description of the services they would be providing, and how long it would take. I received calls to confirm the appointment, and everyone along the way was very nice and professional.
Chad and another worker (his name escapes me, sorry) came right on time the day of the scheduled service. They were very nice, and Chad went over everything they would be doing and explained each step to me. They got right to work and were very mindful to not do any damage to the house. They worked quickly but appeared to be very thorough.
They offered a deodorizing option for an additional $60, which I agreed to. Our new house was previously inhabited by a smoker who had several pets, and so I thought it would only help to have the deodorizer applied. I don't know if it was effective or not, but I will assume it has helped.
At the end of the job Chad showed me the before and after photos, and these were also mailed and emailed to me later on, which was nice.

This review is for insulation not duct cleaning. Rob & Antoine came on time with everything they needed to do a great job. I had just had everything painted and they were very understanding of week old paint & that they were the last step in my remodeling process. They did a great job cleaning up after were done. They both were very good at explaining the details of what they were doing which I found to be very interesting. With my wife having heavy allergies, it was extremely important to do as much preventative maintenance in our new home to eliminate dust and other allergens. After do my own research on Air Duct cleaning companies, I decided to go with Amistee. From the initial phone contact, to the clean day Amistee was professional.
