Excellent service!! I need to have the air duct cleaned after the house renovation. When I made my initial call, the customer service representative explained to me their technicians had background checked for the peace of mind, as they did go to every room and almost every corner of my house. They did a thorough job, spent about 3 hours here and cleaned up well before they left. The technicians Melvin and Noah were professional, courteous and answered to questions knowledgeably. A small observation, they both wore earplugs, I don't know if that is a company policy, but that showed they care about their well being. I am very pleased and will definitely call them again. Amistee called before they came and Rick and Lance showed up on time. They were clean, knowledgeable, and professional. Since we have a 1 year old and another on the way, we were naturally concerned with the duct cleaning process. Rick and Lance explained exactly what they were going to do and that no pathogens would be used. After Rick and Lance were done, they went over what was done and answered my remaining questions. Before leaving, the guys thanked us for our business and made a couple of suggestions to help keep our air clean. At the end, we had a small sound that I missed but Rick caught...he spent 15 mins investigating and ultimately finding the smallest piece of debris that showed up late to the extraction party. Jackie and Rob from Amistee Air Duct Cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning the ducts in my 1940's never-had-the-ducts-cleaned home. The air returns are made of wood, so they posed a unique challenge. Rob spent extra care/time with my ancient furnace and Jackie was incredibly careful with the painted register and vent covers. Both Jackie and Rob were prompt, professional, extremely hard-working, and quick to answer my questions. They laid tarps throughout the house, wore booties, and cleaned up after themselves. They really went above and beyond what I expected by repairing holes they found in a couple of ducts and fixing other issues too numerous to mention. I can't thank them enough. From making my appointment to receiving the service, every Amistee employee was great! Josh & Tyler were the guys that came out to my house, and they were awesome! They took pictures of everything before and after and the results were easy to see. They even changed my furnace filter and showed me a spot in my basement that had some asbestos in it. I was very satisfied with the work that Dan and Jeff did. They were clean and professional and made sure that I understood everything. I went to goggle and ask what are the top 10 question to ask before getting your air ducts clean they answer the check list for me and I was happy with there answers. I fell good paying them for there service believe I got my moneys worth. They also went on top of the roof and clean my dryer vent it was extra, but after I saw the picture I was glad I made the discussion to add that serve on they also showed me were they clean the surface of my furnace. So over all it was a good job don't forget to check the Internet for coupons, everything helps.:) I hope this review has help the next person to make a discussion. We had our attic insulated. The whole process from the start of getting our quote to the finish of having the technictions to our home for installation was great. Rob came to our home to give us our quote and not only explained the entire process but made sure we knew about the $50 coupon on there web sight for the month of October and the $125 rebate through Consumers Power. They were careful about wearing shoe covers inside to keep the place clean, they were happy to explain what they were doing, and once they had finished cleaning the ducts out they also did me the added service of replacing the filters. Great service. I can clearly tell the difference in the air before and after. No more old small every time the furnace or A/C kicked in. They were on time and even took before and after pictures of the vents. They are polite and professional about their work. They even went above and beyond by letting me know an usual water drip in my furnace. They really care about their job. If you have not cleaned your vents before, make sure call Amistee.
