They called us about 20-30 mins prior to their appointment to know that they were coming. They were very cognizant of keeping the house clean, and were very very professional. Highly recommend! My cleaning specialist this time using Amistee was Melvin Buckner. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough. Amistee always is very accomodating. Melvin, like all the others, gave me top-notch service. He took time to make sure all my needs were met in a courteous and professional yet caring way.His helper Bryce was also extremely polite and thoughtful.I am a long-time customer and I will continue to use Amistee in the years to come. My service was completed on 9/16/14. Overall, it was a positive experience from making the appointment until the job was completed. Melvin and Tyler were very professional and courteous. Although my before photos displayed very little buildup in the ducts, you never really know unless you get them cleaned. I would liked to have paid a service fee for "before" photos first, which would have helped me decide if I really needed the service. That would be my only recommendation. Melvin and Michael are both professionals from the time they introduced themselves and came in the house wearing their boot covers. They are courteous and very informative. Respectful in the sense that they do not go into your rooms without asking. They let us know what steps they are going to perform, showed us the before and after photos. They made us feel like we are a part of the process as they continue to explain what is happening during each process. Wowsers. What great service that was delivered by a great crew. Steve and Kenny answered all of our questions and stopped me throughout the cleaning to ask me if I had any further questions. This made me feel comfortable and they truly were great people. They knew what they were doing and also made sure I was happy with every aspect of the cleaning from start to finish. My home is on a slab and I had some concerns about certain areas and Steve went back after the cleaning to take additional pictures to show me. My experience from the start was great. I spoke to a sales woman, who was very courteous and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and scheduled my cleaning. I was contacted a few days prior to my scheduled date, just to make sure everything was still a go. One the day of the cleaning, The service guys arrived on time, and actually called to see if they could come earlier, but I was unable to accommodate that, but very much appreciate the offer. The guys were very professional, they were very clean, and worked hard to get all of the dirt and dust out of the ducts. Jake and Jackie worked so professionally and perfectly.
They were so customer-oriented and paid extra caution in moving the furniture.

Devoinn & Lance did a fantastic job! I was given a 2 hour window and told Amistee that would work but I'd prefer an earlier appointment if possible. They called to let me know one had opened up - great customer service! I also got a call 45 min prior to arrival. I had no idea this was such a process - the guys absolutely knocked it out of the park. They removed the mystery and told me about what they were doing while they did it. They warned me about the loud noise (which wasn't super loud, but the heads up was appreciated). My concern is with the procedure of the company....let me explain....I decided to have my ducts cleaned because my son just got an infection and is in the hospital....to be safe I thought it might be helpful to have my ducts cleaned, however, how do I really know it my ducts need cleaning or not? The first thing that should be determined is whether or not it is recommended that the cleaning takes place in the first place. In my case, although my ducts had never been cleaned, they were not very dirty. The guys shot a picture of my main supply and return ducts and their was a thin layer of dust on them. I asked them how much I would be charged at this point if I decided to cancel and they estimated $90. To be safe, I decided to go ahead with the cleaning and sanitizing, but I think the customer should be told up front that an inspection and recommendation will be made before the duct cleaning proceeds..... Kevin was our sales person who informed us of exactly what was going to happen and what the service that Amistee would be providing for our home. With all the construction and remodeling we did since we moved into our house we didn't realize all that dust and debris that would end up in the duct work. Tommy and Darren showed up, were supper polite and clean. Took before photos of my duct work and started the cleaning process. The only issue I had is that I thought you should have a better professional camera system to see the before and after pics of my ducts. Maybe use an ipad or scope camera. Tommy and Josh came to service my ductwork. They were absolutely the best. They answered all my questions and showed me pictures of before and after. Tommy and Josh were scheduled to come between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. They were right on time, 11:00 am (so much appreciated!) and started to work right away. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and courteous. They laid tarps on floors and wore shoe covers so there was no 'mess' or dirt left behind. They finished on schedule. They told me about their sanitation process and asked if I would like to add that service, but there was no pressure to do so. Both young men were personable and worked diligently. They showed me the 'before and after' pictures and said that they would be emailed to me later - which they were. The staff at the office was very friendly and helpful also. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience with Amistee!! The people who came out to clean my air ducts were completely professional and did an amazing job! They were so kind and patient with my two barking dogs! They showed me before and after pictures of my air ducts which was really cool to see. Both technicians wore booties and covered my floor with blankets/tarps before walking on it. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and didn't mosey to get the job done. Very quick, they cleaned up after themselves and were sincerely great!
