My experience with Allens Plumbing was one of the best I have ever had with any home improvement/repair project. Steve Allen was very knowledgeable and worked with me to find the water heater best suited for my needs. The rest of the office staff was very professional, quick, and courteous. J.D. and his helper installed the water heater in a timely fashion and were enjoyable to be around while they worked. They even cleaned up afterward! I really liked the company and thought they were very kind and helpful. I was surprised that it cost $90 to unclog a drain, but maybe thats the going rate. I am so grateful to Allens Plumbing and their awesome service from the phone call of Kaohu Dunn to the service of JD today. Huge Mahalo to them and their exceptional quick service. I told them the problem, how far we got trying to fix our selves, and they were on in within 2 hours. First phone call at 9, service arrives at 10, done by 11. I have hot water again!!! With the family arriving tonight for graduation, and having been without hot water and my husband's wonderful attempts, we are truly grateful for this fabulous family based family style family service company, it is 5 star. And this is the second time I've come back. Trust me, I tried others and nothing compares to the service, equipment, trouble shoot, and that honest feeling of them trying to help the situation. This is not our first experience with Allens Plumbing and I must say, they are real professionals when it comes to plumbing concerns and courtesy.
We were fortunate to have Scott G. assigned to our plumbing issues which I must admit, has been the most professional and courteous service I have received in dealing with a plumber.
I am especially qualified to make this statement as I managed a huge complex of 200 Luxury Apartment Homes in California and have had many, many dealings with plumbers.
I can honestly say, that none of those I have experienced working with can and will ever compare to Scott G's. work ethics and professionalism.
Thank you Scott, from my sister Jean and myself!
I know we will have future issues with plumbing on this property and we are

My sister and I have depended on Allens Plumbing for a number of plumbing issues in the past and they have always given us the most courteous and professional service.
I am comparing Allens Plumbing to all the other plumbers I have worked with in California while managing a property of 200 Luxury Home Units where plumbing was always on the agenda each day.
No one ... No one can compare to Allens Plumbing and one specific plumber, Scott G. who performed the most courteous and professional services while servicing our property here in Honolulu.
And, I must also add that their pricing is very, very reasonable especially here in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Allen's Plumbing's commercial is how I learned about this company, I decided to call them for a drain problem and followed up with new kitchen faucet, shut off valves, ice maker water line, toilet repair. Kaohu's customer service via telephone was excellent with Aloha and Jesse's customer care service is an excellent representative for your company, together Kaohu, Jesse and the other technician for our drain provided a great customer satisfaction opportunity! Wonderful service! I had such a positive experience with all the personnel at Allen's Plumbing that they will be the plumbing service that I call now. Service Technician Justin B. came to our house and immediately took out the toilet where he freed the clog in the line. I asked him to do a camera shoot inside the line but he can only go in few feet inside. He then put back the toilet and put a small bead of caulking and told us not to use the toilet for 24 hours for the caulk to cure. We followed his advise and started using the toilet after 24 hours, but since he did not put ample amount of caulking which we do have before him taking it out, the toilet is now moving from side to side and the caulking that he put is not enough to hold it down. 05/13/15 |

I had a major issue with my sewer back up on 5/2/15. BENNETT came out to help with the clog. AWESOME service. I am not knowledgeable with maintenance around the house. I am truly grateful for his patience with my questions. Although he couldn't fix the clog on his own because the issue was so major that a simple snake couldn't do it, he went above and beyond to make a call for me to someone who can assist. Not only did he make the call for help, he kept trying to snake the sewer line and even put a camera to diagnose it to try uncover the real issue. SCOTT, and the Jetter had to get called in! Scott came with his machine and not only did he unclog the pipe, the main sewer line, but investigated to find the root of the problem. He and Bennett discovered a crack in the sewer line. Scott even took the time to show me the camera footage in the sewer pipe and explained my situation. I really appreciate their patience, knowledge and the fact that they stayed late to help me even though they missed the Pacman and Mayweather fight! Thank you BENNETT and SCOTT from Allen's Plumbing for your help! Scott even called Daniel (sales guy) that same visit to have Daniel follow up with me Monday to get quotes. My experience with Allens plumbing all started with Kaohu. She really made a great first impression and made me feel comfortable in deciding to go with Allens Plumbing for my servicing needs. Kaohu is an excellent customer service representative. She is very courteous, professional, and accommodating. The plumbers were all super fantastic. I had the pleasure of working with many of them, but Nick and James's customer service was outstanding. James did the majority of the work I needed done and I felt confident in his abilities. I feel ripped off. You charged me $550 for a toilet that retails at Home Depot for $321. And to top it off it don't work work worth a damn. I will never hire you again.

Glenn is a top notch plumber. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and did an excellent job for us. Fixed our clogged toilets and drains. He recommended doing hydro-jetting on our pipe after showing me all the built up crud. He'll be back tomorrow do this job for us. Thanks for sending over a great, knowledgeable guy.

We had a leak and provided our own faucet and the charge was over $250.00. I think this price was outrageous because we found a leak the next day but if someone from your company was to come out and look at it, it would be a $50.00 trip charge. To repair the leak, another $250.00 standard charge ?? No way, I would not use your company again. That money could have gone towards my physical therapy since I am in bad health. 05/05/15 |

I highly recommend Allens Plumbing for any household drain problems and was very satisfied with the professional and courteous service I received from 2 specific technicians (Bennett Peters and Glenn Silva). My master bedroom shower drain had been clogged for a couple of months in which couldn't have been cleared by other plumbing companies I had previously received service from. They were able to not only clear the drain but also explain to me step-by-step on what they were doing during the repair process. In addition, price was reasonable. Thank you Allens Plumbing. Giovanni D. came to fix my slow drain in tub. He was courteous, professional and fast. I also had a leaking tub faucet that he fixed too. I had dreaded calling a plumber to fix the faucet, because I thought it would be an outrageous cost and bother. He fixed it in no time, & I just so happened to have my Allen's Plumbing coupons I stuff in the drawer & we were able to use them. So my experience was great. Isaiah was my first contact and he was very professional and courteous on the phone.
Brian, the plumber, called in advance of his visit and was prompt and professional.
After reviewing the problem Brian made sure to clarify the intended outcome with me before proceeding. After he was finished I broached another concern which he promptly addressed and diagnosed.

Of course, our toilet overflowed on a Sunday! Allen's Plumbing sent Bennett over ASAP on Monday morning. Bennett kept us apprised of what he found each step of the way, showing us the camera feed of our drain on his notebook. Although we still have to address the permanent fix, thank goodness that he could get us up and running again .... for now.
