Very pleased with Bennett's service. He arrived early. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Welcomed me looking over his shoulder to observe and learn. I feel blessed to have met Bennett Peters. I'm still in awe that he has only three years experience. He has knowledge of a veteran plumber. Bennett Peters exceeded all my expectations and the final charge, in my opinion was very reasonable.
Back office called me to let me know that I could have an appointment today instead of my reservation the next day and I took it. 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment the office called to let me know Bennett Peters was on the way to my noon to 2 pm appointment window, they also offered to forward a picture of my Drain Service Technician, very professional.
Bennett was very prompt and arrived at noon. Unloaded his equipment, got to my condo and proceeded to work.
With my plumbing working, Bennett proceeded to clean up, leaving my kitchen cleaner than when he arrived, extremely professional.
Bennett is congenial, courteous and PROFESSIONAL!!!

In all the times I've needed a plumber Allen's Plumbing staff has been pleasant, has explained what they needed to do and why, completed the job even if they had to stay all day to do it and when us sure of what to do a other more experienced staff member would come out to take a look and advise ( I think that team work is most important) the support they give each other is great. 04/05/17 |

The staff at Allen's Plumbing who have come to my home, work well as a team. In my experience they try to accomplish the job without trying to place additional cost to it. If they need help, other members from Allen's in the area are there to assist. When ever a plumbing problem occurs most of us are anxious to deal with as soon as possible and the staff at Allen's Plumbing has always understood this and try to send someone out to deal with the problem as soon as they can. Recently had a situation where I hit my water heater piping with my riding mower (stupid me!)
It is situated outside behind the garage as are a lot of things in Hawaii and I backed into it and
ruptured the feed pipe. Immediately I was covered with a a spray of water. I ran and closed the main feed line, called Allens Plumbing and had a cool, calm and collected operator walk me through the shut down of the heater and schedule a technician (plumber) to come out and fix it the following day. James, my technician , called first, came out and had the pipe replaced and had me back up and running in about an hour! Completely professional service from the original contact to the final repair of the piping. Considering what they accomplished the cost of the repair ($165) was well worth it and i would highly recommend that you call Allens Plumbing whenever you need plumbing work done professionally , on time and in a workmanlike fashion! Had Daniel K, from Allens Plumbing, over at my house to change the shower head and handles for shower and quick glance at my kitchen pipes under sink yesterday. Saw their commercial on TV about a month ago and took note for future, and future came. Called the office, very professional and accommodating with date and time to my schedule. You always hear stories about plumber's fee being too much for short service. Daniel and Allens Plumbing flushed that myth down the toilet with me forever. Daniel was on time, very professional in appearance and mannerisms, positive on what he said and did. I'm so new in this house and home ownership, I didn't even know where the "water shutoff valve" was. But Daniel found it and even adjusted my water purifier, which was dripping. "Sticker shock" not with these guys. I expected the plumber's myth, I think the price was too low. But I'm one happy homeowner with Daniel and Allens Plumbing. Allen's plumbing is the best I've used in Hawaii, and I've used a few. Efficient, friendly, professional are a few words to describe them/ I had a plumbin emergency and they were able to fit me in the same day. Bennet our plumber was able to fix the problem after much investigation--our house is old and not up to modern standards. Keoki did a great assessment and described the work needed and what it would cost before doing the work. He replaced inferior hoses and valves with quality materials and finished up hooking our filter to our new water connection. His enjoyment of his work was evidenced by singing while he worked. Called Allen's Plumbing to repair our solar hot water heater. They said someone would call us the morning of the appt to confirm the time of arrival (between 8-10am). Got a call the morning of that he was running late and would be there around 10. Giovanni DiCosta showed up a little after 10 to repair the hot water heater. He was very professional and explained everything. He was able to diagnose the issue as a bad thermostat and was kind enough to explain how our system works because I've never had solar hot water before. The plumbing problem required removal and replacement of a toilet shut-off valve which was frozen and impossible to remove without specialized tools. Preston quickly removed the defective valve and replaced it with parts provided by Allens Plumbing. He demonstrated professional know how in assessing the problem and correcting it. On my assistance, the dispatchers sent Preston to my home earlier than I expected. This is what I call superb service.
