Sam Medeiros.Best we have ever had! /courteous,explained problem well cleaned up so the bathroom looked cleaner than before and he never entered the house without shoe covers!
Problem fixed, told us if it happened again, what we would need to do. We will request him again.

Giovanni has been super helpful in diagnosing our plumbing problems. He is trustworthy, honest and highly skilled at fixing our plumbing . I always request Giovanni when I need plumbing repairs as he diagnoses and gets the job done. He has also been available when twice I had plumbing emergencies. Also, he has a very nice and gracious demeanor unlike any plumber I have ever worked with. He really is the friendly guy that gets the job done that you see in the commercials. The biggest thing I feel though is his honesty. I trust him completely to charge us the right amount and fix exactly what needs to be fixed. Bennett arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. The challenges presented during the repair were quickly resolved. Complete resolution was not possible owing to the age of my house. However, my immediate problem was resolved. I found myself in need of a water heater replacement this morning. I was referred to Allen's by our community manager. I called and explained my dilemma to Cheryl. Our phone conversation was a very pleasant experience. Cheryl handled the call professionally and had a very interested and helpful manner. I was impressed that she was able to schedule a plumber visit in a very short time frame (about an hour). The plumbing technician, Daniel, arrived on time and thoroughly explained the job and associated cost. He worked very efficiently and completed the water heater changeout rather quickly. Daniel was simply awesome! My service request was quite extensive. (5) faucets and (1) shower fixture including having to make certain modifications to ensure the proper fit would be made. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and double checked his work to make sure he didn't miss a step. Everything turned out perfect and I am looking forward to enjoying my new faucets and shower. Daniel K was an excellent technician. He was able to find the problem, which was under our unit and got to work, despite our Resident Manager not being able to open the door for under our unit. Allen's Plumbing is great!
First, they answered the phone when I called. This was not the case with four other companies that I tried to contact. The receptionist was pleasant, efficient, and scheduled my repair for the next business day.
Second, they called me the morning of my appointment to confirm who was coming and let me know that they could come earlier, if I was available. They really know how to approach business from the customer's point of view.
Finally, the plumber that made my repair, George Manguba, was exceptional. He quickly did an assessment of the work and provided me a quote on the spot. Once I approved the work, George got right to it. He worked quickly, made my repair, performed a quality assurance assessment, and cleaned up in less than an hour. In addition to his professional skills, George was extremely pleasant to talk to and kept me informed of what he was doing throughout the process.

Service Specialist George M. was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Our issue had to do with a timer for a solar hot water system. He took the time to explain the system, when it did solar energy vs. electrical for overnight and cloudy days. He shared knowledge in terms I could understand and answered all of my questions. We have a very complicated plumbing system - old property (1947) with lots of add-ons over the years, including switching from a sceptic system to county sewer. That required adding a pumping station because our property sits below the sewer! Allens Plumbing has rescued us, more than once, from disaster when the system failed. This last visit was no exception. We called ****** in customer service and she immediately contacted ****** - the dispatcher. He didn't have an opening until 2pm - but knew the urgency of our situation. As soon as someone cancelled, he called right away and let us know someone was on the way. That was ******** - our absolute favorite plumber. He remembered everything about our system - even though it had been over a year since he'd been to the property. That was invaluable! He found the problems - yes there were several - and got us back up and running very quickly. George has helped me with plumbing woes several times. He is fast, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly found the issues. On his last visit, he saved me a ton of $, by finding a fix that avoided having to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling. This guy knows what he is doing, he's efficient and "user friendly". The Service provided by Allens Plumbing was incredible. My service technician was Kamaka. He was intelligent, professional, and very knowledgeable. A water pipe burst on my property and he evaluated what needed to be done and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do and why. He also made suggestions and educated me on how to shut off the water to prevent damage. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Good job, expensive but reasonably priced for Maui. I was impressed with Preston's way of explaining what he was doing and why, what we were seeing on the video inspection, etc. I was a little disappointed by the incomplete clean-up [I believe the helper was detailed to do it, but left some duct tape and some dirt where my wife found it in her sink] but otherwise I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend and use this firm again. The dispatcher was very helpful and understanding my immediate issue of not having water for 24 hours and was able to get someone there pretty fast.
Kamaka is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met, as well as a great plumber who did a great job. I would highly recommend him to my friends and would request him again if needed.
