The guys from Allen's came to a home we are flipping in Maui. I flip home all across America and deal with many plumbing companies. When they came to the house within a few minutes they came to a conclusion of the problem. As they went further they realized a greater problem and came up with a new solution. Needing to come back with a differ machine they came back a second day, yet at the end of the job gave me one total and did it at a discount. These guys were awesome. I had an emergency situation at my home and I found Allens Plumbing in the yellow pages of the phone book and so glad I did. From the time the business associate answered the phone to find out my situation to the plumber showing up at my home, it was nothing less than professional and a "high touch" concern for my situation at home. I called Allens Plumbing after reading the reviews that were posted. After talking with Kainani we scheduled a time for the work to be performed. George M. was the Plumbing Technician who installe our new toilet. He was very knowable about the toilet we selected and was able to perform the installation without any problems. After the installation he spoke about the Customer Program which was an additional charge but offered benefits that we could use down the road. We decided to purchase the extra service, knowing that if there was a problem with the present toilet installation the Company would be there to assist. Another reason for purchasing the service package was the problems that other had with the type of toilet we purchased. All in all we are very happy with the total process. Bennett P***** removed a dropped pen clogging my toilet. He came with all needed tools - optical viewer, object grasper, vacuum, etc. and successful - all done with no damage or messiness to the bathroom either. As usual, Scott was on time, professional and courteous. This is the second time we have used Allens Plumbing and I think we have found our permanent solution company to any and all plumbing issues. Kaohu and Shaylynn were also very helpful in scheduling this weeks in advance.

The service that was provided was excellent.
Problems that I had was that the technician did not show up until almost four.
The timeframe for my appointment was from twelve to two. No one called to tell me there was going to be a delay. I called a little before three to find out where the technician was. 08/28/15 |

This is the second time I have had to call a plumber this year. Since I had a good experience with my previous service, I called Allen's again & fortunately got the same plumber as last time.He is experienced and very fast.I am confidant with his work. He replaced my kitchen faucet with the warranty parts that were sent to me. I thought I could install myself, but I didn't have the proper tools. I even used the coupon sent to me in the mail. Could not be happier. I called in the morning, and they scheduled me right away. Technician arrived (Bennet Peters), and went right to work. He asked a couple of question evaluated the problem, and got the necessary equipment to fix the job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the solution so that I could understand. He fixed the problem in no time, did a thorough clean up and performed a check. He really showed he cared and I am very happy they sent him. Thank you Benet for an outstanding job for brining back my system to working order.

A "live" person always answers the phone.
I was given options for "emergency call" or "next day call".
The techs are professional and friendly.

The service we received was outstanding! However, we had removed out toilet ourselves prior to plumber arrival. According work order listed shown to me, the service clearly indicated removal and resetting of toilet. No option to discount us for work that was not actually done. Excellent services. Love the fact that you can call in the morning and someone is there the same day. Was told the technician would arrive between the time of 1100 and 1200. We are confused by the Invoice which shows "Standard Price" and "Member Price." We were charged the "member price" for one task and the "Standard Price" for two additional tasks. Why did we not receive the "Member Price" for all of the tasks?

Have used Allens Plumbing a couple of times in the past, used them again today and was really impressed by Bennett Peters, the technician who came to address my plumbing issues. Very professional, clearly knows what he is doing, was able to give me very good advice about going forward with my plumbing problems.
