Cheryl called to remind me of my appointment and explained everything up front. Soli came to assess the job and realized he didn't have the proper parts, so he called his people right then and there and got a price and availability quote. He also told me when he was going to come back (two days later). Because I was not there when he did the job, he called me before he started to make sure we both agreed on what was to happen. David did a great job in coming and checking out my leaking water heater, he explained that I would have to wait until next week because he could not get a heater in that the supply house was closed. This is a review for your team that came to fix the plumbing problem at my home. John Sullivan and Bennett Peters found the problem that caused the backup of waste water into back bathroom. Although the line was recently hydro jetted on October 19th, they double checked the entire system and cleared the clog close to the road. John and Bennett were efficient and thorough and polite and are assets to Allens Plumbing. I will do as they suggested by changing one of the toilets to a P/A toilet. Mahalo for sending your best. Everyone from the office to the plumber are polite and thorough. No work moves ahead without your approval. Scheduling is fast and they give you reminders within an hour or so of the job. My bathroom sink was backing up sewage (yuck!) so I called Allens Plumbing and they were here within the hour! I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to arrive. Kaohu, the woman who answered the phone, listened intently to my issues and did a good thorough job at explaining what would happen. I appreciated the call they gave to let me know the plumber was on his way. Preston was friendly and effective, and was kind enough to not only use a towel to protect my floor from his equipment but also bleached my sink and other areas that were dirty from the sewage for me. Joey is good. However discussed having a above ground container for shutoff valve but an in ground container was installed.
Scheduling was messed up. Originally scheduled for 3-5pm window. Came at 5:30pm. Obviously needed to reschedule. No call back or follow up appointment until a week later when I had to call in to check what was going on. 09/15/16 |

Wow ! Customer service is a nice change . My wife scheduled an appointment with Shaylyn K. Monday morning & she said that they had Wednesday available . Tuesday afternoon I received a call from Sirena N. & she informed me that someone was available to check out my plumbing problem.

Called Allens for a drain service. Made an appointment for the next day. Although the tech was unable to come due to length of a service in progress she did arrive at 7:00 am the following day. She was friendly, apologetic for not being able to make the appointment, courteous, and knowledgeable. Two drains were cleared within the hour. I would call Allens again if needed. Broke outside fawcet. Then fawcet leaked due to your break. Never came back to fix it, said you would. Last contact was in 8/31 . Said you were coming back out. Never did. Allegedly, waiting for a part. Could have purchased part at any hardware store. Charged $500 to fix my toilet.
