I was very glad and happy with my results with Allens Plumbing. Our problem with our water heater occurred on a Sunday, we left a message for service on Sunday hoping we would get on their schedule for Monday. Monday morning, I called them as I wasn't sure if they had received our message, also a very pleasant experience with the woman who answered the phone, I found out that Richard had already called my husband and someone was already scheduled to come. A very professional team from customer service to the dispatcher to the service technician. Service technician Justin Barnett provided fast and efficient removal of the tabletop water heater and was very careful to avoid chipping the concrete steps to the front porch. Allens is the very best. Keokoi was my tech and he was great. He clearly takes pride in his work, discussed with me the way to fix the problem and took the extra time to explain just what the best way to fix the issue was.
Richard did the planning for the work and called ahead to make sure we were home. Sharlyn was also helpful when I first called and is someone who clearly understands customer focus. We were very pleased with Preston Gannon's professionalism. He explained the service that was being done in our home and answered questions to our understanding. Preston flushed our heater and removed rod which exposed a lot of erosion, replacing it with a new magnesium rod. He explained the importance of flushing heater yearly to preserve water heater and to prolog its life. We were not aware of the importance of yearly water heater maintenance until he explained, performed it and we were able to see what came out of it. Since then we have noticed a difference in water when showering, washing dishes etc.. Thank you Preston for you professionalism, expert knowledge, and your beautiful smile. My last service technician who installed the water filtration system that I had bought from another company was great. My service appointments regarding the shower and tub drain in Jan.were very frustrating. I felt I was charged for something that didn't need to be done and that the camera being deployed wasn't helpful since it could not go down the drain. I spoke with a man there and he said he's get back to me regarding adjusting the bill to replace the tub drain but never did.
I have a preferred customer status with Alllen plumbing so I am not completely satisfied over all with the Company.
I doubt you'll want to use this feedback on your promotional materials.
