Fast and courteous. Allen's Plumbing I have used before. And will continue to use. Every problem we had with a so-called, and unfortunately found out later, un-licensed pro, the folks at Allen's Plumbing were able to correct. We inherited an old plantation style home and the plumbing was terribly put together. Scott DePonte was great in diagnosing and giving us all the options available for our problem. And I mean EVERY option. He did not limit us in any way like some of the other companies.
But it their guarantee that puts them above all the others. All I can tell you is to just give them a try. If you have used others in the past you will definitely experience the difference. And when you do, you will have a friendly plumber for life! Heck! I would even invite them over for Thanksgiving Dinner! They are that good! ~ Cheers! Scott D. 12/05/13 |

It's Thanksgiving. How many plumbing will answer my call? I dial the first company that comes to mind. Their plumber is here in 30min, after finishing up a previous emergency. 45 min. later he is cleaning up the clog is gone. Everyone is happy, I'm very happy. Pretend your house is a body.
Pretend your plumber is a proctologist.
So, the practoligist shoves a tube in you, and decides that when they find a blockage that the solution is to send you into surgery.
Being doctor myself, I know this is insane, and hire a second proctologist.
They realize the blockage can be dealt with without surgery.
Sadly, both have to charge the same price just to get to the point where they give their diagnoses.
That means, if you go with a proctologist who does not know how the best method that does the least damage, their work was a waste of time, and MONEY!
The moral of the story is, I got screwed in the arse.

KUDOS to Kaohu & Giovani. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kaohu on multiple service calls I believe even as far back as before she was a dispatcher. She is always friendly and calm and pleasant on the phone. This is the kind of person that I would want representing my company regarding customer service calls. Mahalo Kaohu, keep up the outstanding job!! Giovani was the tech who responded to my solar water line leak yesterday. He is very knowledgeable and professional and knew exaclty what he was going to do to repair my leak. I received a call while I was on the mainland that there was a break in one of my pipes. It had flooded two units below me. I called Allen's Plumbing. They we there with in an hour. The pipe was repaired. I did not loose one days income from my rental. Thanks to J. D. and Miss K. I would not call another plumber on the island. Allen's did very well by me. Thanks again.
