WHY did he change the washer hot and cold water hose? Nothing was wrong with the hose. When questioned he replied "I always change the washer hose".He had to move the washer and forgot to place the drainage hose back into the wash tub. You can guess what happened!!!Water was all over the concrete patio floor. 02/24/18 |

They came, we talked, found solution and had estimates, then because prices were reasonable and trust was there because I had used them before, I have the go ahead. They had to get a special toilet first then did the jobs in a very professional manner and when it was done and really clean, I paid the bill and they took all the rubbish and left. I love that Allen’s Plumbing quotes a flat rate for the work so I don’t have to worry about how long the job will take, like with plumbers who charge by the hour. Allen's plumbing has very good phone service. I called in a trouble call. Got the return call promptly abs scheduled a date and time. Got updated with a phone call they were going to be a little late. Tech showed up earlier than expected. They figured out my problem fast even though it was a strange set up i have here. They worked fast to fix my problem and did some extra worked i threw at them. At the end they cleaned up and took my heavy rubbish with them. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Exactly what I wanted. The morning I called to set up an appointment. Just made my day. The respecionis answered all my questions. and schedule my appointment the same morning. although I had a small window. She made it happen. Sam the rep. showed up on time. explained everything to me. He also got the job done in a timely manner. I could get to work on time. Ms Cheryl always has a great demeanor about her when dealing with "frazzled" customers. She's a great asset to Allens Plumbing cause putting customers at ease whenever you have a plumbing problem tops everything!!
You also have great people that come to repair what's wrong and they explain everything in laymen's language that decision making on the customers part is so easy.

Can't believe how professional this company is. Preston arrived within an hour of my calling regarding a leaking sink. He is personable, professional and very efficient. Our problem couldn't be solved because it required some input from the faucet company but the trip charge was more than fair and I actually look forward to having him come out when the parts come in. I did not agree to the "diagnostic" charge of $143.00. First, when I spoke to the office, I was advised there would be a diagnostic charge of $50 if the technician determined the problem and we refused the repair. If we accepted his advice the $50 would be waived. Second, I told the office what the problem was and that I had already bought the cartridge necessary to fix the shower faucet but didn't have the tool to replace it. Therefore, there was no diagnosis involved in the job. There was neither testing nor evaluation of the problem to determine the solution. I had fully disassembled the faucet cover and the cartridge was left on the floor of the shower.Third, the repair took less than 20 minutes to complete. As such the $143 charge was excessive. I feel your method of charging to be deceptive as you should have a standard and listed charge for fixing something as simple as a faucet as opposed making up a standard charge as "diagnostic" when in fact no diagnosis was done. As the plumber advised my wife after completing the cartridge installation, your husband "could have done it himself had he had the proper tool". 01/12/18 |

I have used Allen's Plumbing on several occasions and found their personnel to be highly professional. The most recent visit was to find and fix a problem with the shower control in one of my bathrooms. I explained, to the best of my ability, to the serviceman what was wrong. He listened, quickly went to work and completed the repair job in about an hour. I am pretty much house bound (oxygen all the time) and having someone in and out quickly is something I really appreciate. Have use them before and will use them again for any plumbing problems. After repeated cancellations finally a service person came out earlier than the time specified because of this I was not home. When attempted to get hot water out of instant on, the water was ice cold. Called and was told had to pay $80 more in addition to price quoted. Then told it would take 3 more days. Finally fixed by my handy man. So owe $80 and my handy man. Never Use Allen's Plumbing again. 12/27/17 |

Contacted Allens to request service. I explained what service I needed and they scheduled the appointment on the day I requested. The technician came at the time promised and completed the repairs quickly. The technician finished the job explained what work was completed. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience.
