I previously used Allen's Plumbing a few years ago and decided to call them again to unclog my sinks and drain. Marisa of customer service was able to answer all of my concerns and scheduled an appointment without a hitch. JP, the plumber, showed up as promised and and after several attempts was able to unclog the drain. He made sure everything was draining properly, cleaned up and reminded me that the work done had a 30-day warranty. There was a bit of confusion with the scheduling people. I understood her to say that I would get a confirmation call on the morning of my appointment between 7-7:30. The call didn't come until well after 8, and when I tried to call them, it went to their after hours call service. When the plumber finally arrived, he was great! The plumber knew his trade very well. I only wished that he had more equipment to detect leaks like an inspection camera and a moisture detector, so that we did not have to cut so many exploratory holes in the walls and ceiling. Other wise, he did very well. 01/13/19 |

At 4:30am this morning 1/4/2019, the waterin my kitchen sink would not drain. I waited till 7:15am and called Allen’s Plumbing to get help. Within 30 minutes I received a call back indicating I could get a technician at my home within 45 minutes, That in itself is excellent customer service.it
Technician Jason R. was very professional and personable. He told me what he could do and the cost. Unfortunately he didn’t have piece of his equipment so he had to get it from another technician. Came back and completed the job in a timely manner.

First I must report , I am a retired resident manager here in the Kihei area. You might think I;d have a list as long as my arm for plumbers and such ,your right. But try to get one when you really need one. After making so many calls I came to Allen's Plumbing,saw them in the area but never used them before. Well you can guess the rest , one call got me an appointment the next day NEW YEARS DAY @ 2pm. Branden "Plumber" called to say he'd come earlier if I were home...no problem! 20 minutes later ,I was able to flush and shower again after a 2 day search. What a nice guy , he got right to it ,and saved us $ too. Allen's Plumbing should be very proud of an employee like Branden ,he'll go far ! No doubt ,I'll use them again ! Rita and I have peace of mind knowing that if a plumbing problem should happen all we have to do is to call Allens Plumbing and they will send out mechanics quickly to solve our problem.
We have used Allens Plumbing three times and have not been disappointed, their mechanics are well trained professionals, like Randy, they save us time because they know what to do and they always come out prepared.
Marrssa, their dispatcher, asks a lot of question so the mechanic can come with the tools and parts for the job.
We are well satisfied with the work done and the cost.

When your toilet breaks you need "HELP", so I called Allens Plumbing, and Marrisa answered and quickly made me feel that my problem would be taken care of quickly.
The next day I received a call from Allens and they told me they would send a toilet out with the service person to make sure there would be no delay.
In about an hour, Randy came and removed old and installed a new toilet in an hour- did a great job - very skilled, personable, and explained everything.
I am very satisfied with the work and response from the Allens Plumbing team - they are great and I recommend them to everyone.

Great service. Very happy with the job that was done in a very professional manner. The tech was great and communication was superb. The prices may be a bit high however I would rather pay to have the job done properly once and know the job was done right the first time. I was also impressed that the plumber called a superior to ask a question and his superior can by and delivered the correct part and said everything was done to specifications. The tech also hung the stand to keep the hose off the ground which he didn't have to do and it made the project complete. I highly recommend This company for anyone who is tired of poor craftsmanship that many people on the island feel is the way things are on Maui. I honestly feel that this company is legit and take pride in its business name and the work they stand behind.
