I am a single lady homeowner and Ross Waniolek was incredibly thorough, honest and very professional. He explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable with his assessment with my complex detailed plumbing problem. I would recommend him to all my girlfriends. He’s truly a gem! I was told that Allens Plumbing is the best on Maui. Called and was offered an appointment the same day... or the next. This was just a new faucet installation... so I made it more convenient to my schedule... two days out. Marissa called that morning to say they had a cancellation and could come earlier. That worked out even better. Brandon arrived... looking crisp in his uniform. Quickly assessed what I needed. Explained something that I'd been experiencing. I was convinced that he knows well what he is doing. Quoted the price (prices are a bit high... but I was expecting that). Did the job quickly and cleanly. Very professional. Allen's Plumbing responded the same day I called to repair my clogged kitchen sinks. JP was prompt and courteous and explained what he was going to do and completed the job quickly. My only problem was that when he left - my kitchen floor was filthy and I had to clean up the residue from the sludge that I think seeped through the towels he had put it in. Allen’s plumbing is super fast on getting a plumber to see you, I got mines the exact same day in less than an hour! Fricken amazing! And they also did an amazing job fixing the horrible leak from my toilet, it was so discusting. I got Preston G. And he was awesome, he explained what was wrong and what he was going to do and he finished really quickly. I initially contacted Allen's Plumbing via their website. Waited till they open but no word. I waited right before noon and found out that they did not get my message so I explained to them what I needed and within half hour, they had someone in my house working on the problem. Within 20 minutes, I was up and running again. Awesome service! Friendly staff. I will definitely work with them in the near future again. Emergency service on our drainage system requested, and we were very grateful that our call was taken care of immediately. Since the Maui operator (friendly and cordial) informed us via her GPS monitor that tech's ETA was within an hour's time to our place, we left to a public restroom nearby since we had to refrain using our toilets. She should've been more diligent to alert me via my cell that he was actually within minutes away. We would have waited. The 5stars go out to our drain surgeon JP Y. who was very professional explaining the drainage problem that affected our piping, resulting in flooding. He patiently explained our options. I give the team a 5+ rating. The telephone person was very friendly and informative. On the day of the appointment she called me an informed that the Plumber would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrived about 20 minutes later. He was friendly. He assessed my plumbing needs and prepared an estimate. Allen's did a great job repairing the drains in our condo Preston was the technician and he did a fantastic job he was on time neat and clean. Marrisa the service coordinator called to be sure everything went well the also coordinated the sheetrock repair after the plumbing was done.
