Matt and Nick fixed a difficult chandelier problem. All City had inspected it previously and needed to order parts and this was the final fix once the parts came in. Professional, courteous and respectful of the house. No complaints about All City, just annoyed that chandelier drop/winch mechanisms can be so difficult to work with. Steve and Andrew arrived on time and gave me a detailed walk through of the work that was going to performed (installation of a new electrical panel to support the portable generator I ordered). Work was completed in during the estimated window and the new installation looks amazing. All new breakers were labeled and I couldn't be happier with the work that was performed. The service was top-notch, from start to finish. My initial call was returned promptly, and the office took time asking questions about my kitchen's electrical outage. All City understood the urgency and sent someone out same-day. Steve diagnosed the problem immediately. We were very pleased with the work done by All City Electrical's staff, from the initial contact and survey of the job site, to the work itself. The staff goes above and beyond the norm in order to make sure the client is satisfied. For example, I got a complete tutorial in how to run the generator to the breaker board that included help in setting up the generator out of the box. No job to small for All City Electrical Construction and design inc. Mike the owner came out gave me a quote and the price he quoted was the price I paid. I had several electricians come out look at the job and they never returned to say the job was to was to small. All City Electrical technicians Orlando and Ruben came prepared to do the job clean and professional. Great job All City Electrical. I will now hire All City Electrical for my next upcoming new whole house generator to be installed by this professional company call All City Electrical Construction and design inc.

I waited a week before writing this review because I wanted to see if my home generator would run it's scheduled test run correctly. It did. A week earlier, Steve and Edgar showed up on time and serviced it and replaced the battery. They worked as a team and were very nice. They did a good job and answered all my questions. All City Electrical is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. I most recently had Raphael and Edgar install and repair several electrical units in my home and had the best experience. They wore masks and booties upon entering my home, and already had a plan of action for which tasks to complete first. They removed all garbage and even vacuumed any debris.
