From start to finish All City Electrical has been amazing to work with. Michael & Joe had been out to look at my electrical panel/service and made recommendations, including following up with a detailed invoice to look over. It was a no pressure interaction. Anna Maria from the office followed up to confirm that I received the estimate and see if I had any questions. The day of the service or estimate they also send an email reminder of the appointment with the name and picture of the person/people who will be there.
It has been a multi day job to have my electric service upgraded, multiple fans/lights and more. Ralph, Matt, Steve, Andrew, Nick B & Rob they took the time to set expectations around power being out and answer questions that we had before, during & after, including making sure we knew what to point out when the city inspector would be looking for so that we can tell him/her where it is. Despite all the materials & tools that were brought in and around the house they left the place spotless.

Matt was extremely professional and thorough in doing scheduled maintenance for my Generac generator. He made sure that my old battery indeed needed to be replaced before putting in a new one. I had originally contacted All City Electrical for some work to be completed at the end of April. Found them online and saw all the positive reviews. My project became an emergency and the work needed to be completed within a couple of days. I reached back out on a Friday to see if I could expedite, but they were understandably completely booked and backed up given the time of year. I couldn't find anyone to come out. A couple of hours later I got a call back from All City Electrical. They shuffled some things around and made it work somehow. They came out Monday morning and completed the work. Andrew and Steve were very professional and did great work. They worked late the first night and were very helpful both days. Pleasant attitudes and knowledgeable. Only critique would be the installation of the lights could have been done with more protection for the floors. We just redid our wood floors and plaster from the ceiling hit the floor and a minor scratch occurred. One of the lanterns needed to be moved after they installed it so that the plugs could be accessed and they had no problem doing it. They were very willing to please. Being a customer with Tri Gas and oil has been so easy. Everything has been explained/ broken down to me so I can understand. From point of Contact Jim to the delivery driver Mike. Edgar and Stanley did an excellent job. They installed 7 4" recessed cans in my kitchen and 2 4" recessed cans over my shower. They also installed power outlets under my sink for a garbage disposal and hot water heater. They were the only electricians I spoke to that didn't try to make me put canless lights in and we're very careful not to damage the accent wall I had. They were very helpful in suggesting where the lights should go and the lights really changed the entire look of my apartment. They did have to cut some holes in the wall but that's expected with electric work and they rough patched them so all I had to to was sand it down smooth, took no time at all. They also cleaned up after themselves and there was no dust left other than on the paper I put out for my other jobs. Some electricians came in a little lower but they seemed less professional; All City Electric is definitely worth it and I will be calling them soon for some additional work. The team at All City Electrical did an amazing job upgrading the lighting in our basement. Joe was very informative and helped put a clear and cost efficient plan together to add LED cans in three different zones of our basement and LED wafers in our laundry area. Once the plan was set, Jacob, Edgar and Jake did an outstanding job with the installations. They were very professional and courteous and checked to make sure we were ok with the final light locations throughout the basement. Ultimately, our basement is no longer a dark and dingy cave! They installed a 220 volt electrical outlet for an electric wall oven that need to be installed. They quickly got to work that to took a little over an hour.
