Billie H. is in my opinion the best employee one could want. He found our problem immediately. He arrived about 5pm and called his office to report the job would take 4 hrs. No one was available to do the job the next morning so he stayed and worked late even after dark using his head lamp to complete the job. We are 84 year old couple with an additional person that is 82 and on oxygen 24/7. Billie H could have let us wait for our AC to be repaired but he was compassionate and stayed. I recently switched my plumbing and hvac service to ARS. My hvac technician William Scott was on time, courteous and extremely competent. He performed the needed maintenance on my hvac units and suggested options that would make my hvac units perform even better. He presented me the options in a very professional and non-confrontational manner. The plumber who came out to do my plumbing inspection was Kevin D. Kevin was also on time, courteous and extremely competent. Upon completing his inspection, Kevin told me that I did have a fairly severe plumbing issue. He then went out of his way to explain the problem, show it to me in the house and even took pictures under the house to show me the damage. Kevin gave me options on how to solve the problem in a very professional manner. Upon choosing my option, Kevin set a time to come back and fix the problem. Both Mitchell and Trent came and tuned up my a/c unit yesterday and I also had them install a new thermostat as well. They were on time, polite, did the work and then explained what they had done, why it was needed and what I could do to prevent the dirty coils in the first place. Roger Phillips of ARS came out to evaluate a problem we were having with our plumbing. He was Very professional, courteous, and took time needed to explain the process so we could understand. The team who came out to do backhoe work and lay new pipes did a great job as well. Another great experience with ARS. We have used them for several large item installations and are always very happy with them. Today, Alonzo came to give us an estimate for installing a gas line and gas cook top. After the estimate, we agreed to start the process. We LOVE ARS! Thomas B. came out today to check plumbing and he was super! He asked if we were set up on the monthly HSP program, which we were not.
