Chris and John were very nice and professional. They stayed on task while they were here (about 6 hours) installing my new heat and air system. My questions were answered to my satifaction. All in all, I can say without hesitation that this was a good experience. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone.

Our Technician, Kevin Knapp, was great. Even though it was 9:00 at night on the coldest night of the year, he was cheerful and very polite. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our heater, and had it running in no time. Wish every service experience was this good!!!

ARS - Billie Hallmark did an excellent job for us. Our Heat Pump was not keeping up withthis cold and the Auxilary Heat was not switching on. Billie found and fixed the problem.

Right now, after such a horrific discovery of undone service by past service men you have sent out, is not a good time to ask. My husband has been the one to speak with you on then phone, so this is my first response. Words failed me when Kevin showed us the filthy filters and then the literally crumbling, disintegrating humidifier filter, so I took pictures. I didn't know metal filters could disintegrate like that! It is the thorough work, professional and friendly attitude and obvious integrity of Kevin Knap that saved you from being reported to the BBB, the complaint being supported with pictures. He was equally appalled by the obvious deception we had been subjected to and hastened to do all he could do to demonstrate to us all he did to truly clean the filters. From now on he is the only one we want to have work on our unit! He proved himself trustworthy. We have a son who is very allergic to dust etc., so we had this supposedly great filter installed so he need not be concerned when he was here. The last few times he came he had serious allergic attacks and we were totally baffled as to why. NOW we know! Before we would recommend you to anyone we will have to see how you respond to this gross past negligence that has happened, it seems, ever since the unit was installed. And even that was installed upside down! Not one service man told us that either, but Kevin discovered it when he tried to shut the door. Kevin apologized on behalf of the company, but is that the only apology we will hear? The medicine our son has to take is not cheap! I regret he had to take it because our house had such terrible air quality! I also an allergic to dust and for a very longtime I have been so puzzled as to why I was needing to take so much of my medicine. If we hear no further word from you, you can be sure we will warn people away from you! I would not want anyone I know to be as deceived as we were. We are grateful beyond words that people like Kevin exist and show up every once in a while. Thank you so much for hiring him! Inga Johnson

Kevin Knapp was the ARS Tecnician who came to servicde our Gas furnace. He was very friendly and professional. More than that he is the most knowledgable technician we have ever had. He explained what he found and corrected several things he found that were not right and corrected them. We can not speak hightly enough of him.

Bill Hallmark arrived a little late for the appointment but we was glad to see him. He was coming from Franklin, Tn. He was very good at his job, especially in checking our heating & cooling unit. A very nice respectful man and did not waste time in checking out our unit. We look forward to see him next year.

Doug K has excellent customer service skills. He is very detailed in his plumbing work. Everything was explained thoroughly and he fixed a minor problem we had. He also informed us of the program ARS has for customers and we gladly signed up. If every company had an employee like Doug, we as customers would have no worries. A rating.. Hank Jr. did a beautiful job in checking in every place he was to check for plumbing. And told us what problems there may have been to correct them. He did a fine job.

The installation was a bit disappointing: 1) piles of rust, and debris from the old unit left in the attic 2) new thermostat not installed 3) drain pan not connected to drain pipe. given an excuse that the line was clogged . I observed it working before the install. I tested it after the install and it was clear. lack of honesty more or less blew any trust I had for this company. 4) the new unit was placed on top of the wiring. some of the wires are in the bottom of the drain pan. all of the cable routing looks messy. 5) the manual for the unit was left in the attic insulation. we were told: we don t have the manual, we will get someone at the office to mail you one 6) can of contact cement left on top of the furnace 7) no connection between the promises made by the salesman and the lack of attention to detail by the installers. I don t like writing bad reviews but this is an honest assessment. The issues above would have taken very little extra time or effort. I am especially concerned about the lack of honesty and making no effort to clean up after the job. they did make an effort to clean up. I went back in the attic with my flashlight and found a trail of debris from the old unit throw in the insulation above the master bedroom. Thanks guys!not so sure this install will pass inspection

The only problem was that the one technician showed up at the agreed time but he came without any equipment to start the job and was just parked in front of the house waiting which was over an hour late

I had such a great experience with ARS. I met with a sales technician on Tuesday and by Wednesday, I had the new unit put in and working. The guys, John M. and Rodney G. were such hard workers. They talked to me about what they were doing, showed me how to use my new thermostat, suggested a good setting for the fall months, and cleaned up their mess. I was very pleased with the service and would suggest ARS to everyone!

I had a new system installed and the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Harrison was extremely helpful and stayed with us until we had a problem all cleared up. I think that he is so professional in the way that he carried himself, you could have not asked for a better young man. Jordan was also helpful with the install and done a good job. This young man was on top of the install and was here on Time!!! which was great.... I would like to sayThanks...

The reason for the visit was a checkup of the new HVAC system that was installed this summer. An appointment had been made for the visit. Billie arrived on time and was very friendly and personable. He checked out all aspects of the system and listened carefully to my description of a potential problem. He showed genuine concern, explained what might be wrong and talked to me about how to proceed. He took a video of the situation to try to get some additional feedback and recommended that I contact ARS in the Spring if nothing has been done before then (the reason for waiting is that the problem is with the air conditioner, which won't be used for the next several months). I appreciate his concern and the time he spent explaining the situation to me.

This was my first time to purchase a new AC unit so I was somewhat nervous. I did some homework on the different brands to gain some knowledge. I made appoint -ments to have several (5) companies come out and give me their estimates. I was most impressed with Grady from ARS. He took time to listen to my problem and explain the industry and different types of units. At one point he said he was probably giving me too much information, I believe I couldn't get too much information to help with the decision I needed to make. Grady explained the payment process, wihich is through Home Depot, and figured my monthly payment. Going through the process with him put me at ease, I would recommend ARS to anyone. And too, he arrived at the appointed time. Great company, and everyone I encountered was very helpful and accomodating.

It was a very busy Saturday afternoon for my family; I appreciated that he got to work immediately but was very patient with my inquiries. His honesty was a rare find.
