ARS was a great heating company to work with. They were friendly and professional, and they installed our furnace the next day. This is my first experience with arsrescuerooter. Josh B. was very professional. He knewwhat he was talking about. He proceeded with the pm and was done in about twenty /thirty mins. Caleb & Jordan did the installation at my house today. They were excellent in every way, prompt, courteous, and very respectful of my home and yard.. I have never used ARS before but I hope this is the beginning of a long and happy relationship. Caleb and Jordan provided an absolutely outstanding installation of our new Carrier 3T unit. They were extremely polite, conscious of walking indoors with dirty boots so they wore covers, and professionally answered all of my questions. JB and Josh did a great job installing our AC/Heat unit and Thermostat. JB answered all of our questions and concerns, clean up after themselves, show us how to use the new thermostat, making sure everything was in working order and measuring the air flow in each room. Billie Hallmark, ARS HVAC Tech, is a thorough, well-mannered professional. He is pleasant; doesn't mind answering questions or explaining things, which is rare in today's get-in, get-out, get the $ so-called service-oriented society; and timely.
I'd gladly hire him as an HVAC employee, and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with HVAC issues.
Clearly has experience, not a new-kid-on-the-block.

I think a great deal of ARS and its personnel. Ted Paisley is the comfort advisor that sold me the Rheem system we purchased, and he was the first one to come to my home when I called to complain about a problem the system was having. He spent more than an hour with me as we tried to determine the issue. He's something special. He really cares about the customers he service.
Billie C. Hallmark is the technician that came to my home to remedy the issue I was having with my new system. One of the most professional people I have ever met. He diagnosed the problem within a short period of time and had the system cooling in short order. He really knows his work. I couldn't have had a better technician take care of my issue. Big cudos to him, he's the best you can get.

This was, by far the best experience ever. When my HVAC unit decided to quit in the middle of the hottest part of summer, I called 4 companies for estimates on a new unit. ARS was the first to call back, within 10 minutes of my request! Ted P. arrived that evening. (his arrival was scheduled around my schedule-awesome) He explained everything to me, listened to my needs for a unit, and started figuring everything right then and there. I decided that I probably wouldn't get a deal better than what he quoted, so I agreed to the deal! THE VERY NEXT DAY, Joshua G. and Bobby P. we're at my house on time and finished ahead of schedule. You would have never known they were there, because they cleaned everything up. When they came into the house, they took their shoes off without being asked! If nothing about this is enough to make someone choose this company, let me say one more thing. Less than 24 hours after I called ARS for an estimate, I was sitting in a once again air conditioned home. And in all that time, none of the other companies had even called me back yet. When my 23 year old a/c unit decided it was done, I called a few companies to come and give me estimates on a new system. ARS called me back within 10 minutes and scheduled my consultation for that evening. Ted P. showed up on time and explained everything thoroughly. All of my questions were answered. He listened to my needs as far as pricing and needs for my situation. The price for the equipment was, in my opinion, unbeatable. This was confirmed when he told me they could be at my house the next day to install it! Bobby P. and Josh G. showed up when they were supposed to and finished earlier than expected. The fact that the rain was coming down in buckets didn't stop them at all. They even removed their shoes (without being asked to) when they came into the house! Everyone from start to finish was FABULOUS. I have already recommended ARS to 3 of my friends. Here's the best thing I can say to prove how great these people are- Less than 24 hours after my consultation, I am enjoying my brand new a/c system! JB and Jeremy Sanders was the BEST! They were very prompt, polite and friendly as they spent 2 days installing a ductless mini split unit into my barbershop. They answered every question that I had and showed me how to properly operate the unit. I will ask for these two again if I ever need another installation! Install 2 man crew was excellent. Very thorough, professional, very approachable and knowledgable on the service provided. Heat index was way above 100, and my hat goes off to these guys under the conditions they had to work in. Also, work area in attic, and outside was nice and tidy, no trash left behind.
