Christopher Stewart came to my home to service my 2 HVAC units. Chris generated an atmiosphere of confindence. He was very professional. I stayed with him as he did his work. I think he is an asset to your company. I give him the highes rating of anyone that has ever worked with my HVAC units. I recommend that you keep him as a trusted valuable employee. JB Evans did a very professional job installing my 2 heaters & AC units. Very neat, picked up everything. Laid down material to protect my rug and floors. If I had a question, he took the time to listen and answer my question. I am in a wheelchair and cannot see the work performed. I recently purchased a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet through Home Depot. I scheduled an installation through them, and ARS (Hank specifically) came out to perform the installation. Home Depot was not very clear about what was covered by their fee and what wasn't. ARS was very helpful and understanding, and did some adjustments free of charge to make sure that I was taken care of. They were very responsible and courteous, and Home Depot is about to get an earful from me for not being more straight forward with me when I paid for the services!!! Hank was very professional and actually helped save us some money. The repair came in about half of what was originally quoted, so that's a good surprise. We found the Home services guy because he was handing out free popcorn to my wife. And when he asked me about my unit, I wasn't scared to say I hated it. He offered me some free popcorn and I told him that I had a ten year old unit I wasn't happy with. After talking with him for a bit, I found out they would come and look at my unit for free! not to mention they'd give me a free grill with certain units! it was great, I'm so excited for my new air! I want to say I am simply amazed at this company. From start to finish they have been awesome. Yah my pocket is a whole lot lighter but I have a great new piece of equipment. I had two wonderful installers. And Tom Williams the service guy was awesome too. Excellent company. Would recommend them to anyone. Not to mention they were early to start the job!!!!! I am very pleased with my new Carrier AC system, it is really cooling so much better than my old 26 year old system......I expect my electric bills will be less in the future also......I still need to know the size of filters that I should buy for this unit, have been unable to get this information.

Hank Bowers and his assistant Jerad did a great job installing our new water heater. Hank was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out and did the appraisal. Hank did exactly what he said he would do. He discovered that we needed a pressure regulator because of newer codes and he installed one. Our new water heater is great and our water pressure actually is better volume wise even though it is now regulated to codes.
