ARS had done work for us before and I automatically called them again since I was pleased with the job they did the first time. This time I had a septic tank issue and Doug Klohn came out and told me all about the problem. Dan Cross and others came and worked two days in 90' temperatures just to fix the problem. They did fast, efficient work. They all went over and above what was asked of them! They are the people to call when you have a plumbing problem. Dan even brought me homegrown tomatoes from his garden when he came to work at my house. The tomatoes were awesome and so was the work!

Plumber Scott Boelman was extremely helpful, and caught issues that others did not. I think ARS s prices are way higher than the competition s, but that is certainly not Scott s fault. Scott himself is clearly an excellent plumber. HVAC Technician William Scott was also very helpful, friendly, and seemed knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us.

Kevin Dugan, Keith Welchance, and Brian Johnson were all fantastic. My problem required more time and money than I anticipated. They explained the options in a way I could understand with my non-plumbing experience. Then gave me the up side and down side of each. I asked a LOT of questions and they never lost their patience. They did the job as if it was their own home. Whenever there was a decision to make about quality of materials or how to do something, they advised me and helped me make the decision. I couldn't have been more pleased! They did the work professionally, completely, were clean about it and did it quickly!

I had both John M. & Kenneth C. to replace my ac unit that was over 15 yrs old. The two were very professional & great at what they do. Once everything was installed including the new thermostat, I was given all the paperwork/manuals that showed me how to use my new thermostat & then was actually showed how to use it because not to many of us read the instructions anymore lol so that was great for me. I highly recommend the two because they are dedicated to their jobs & put their customers first!!!

I was pleased and impressed with William Scott's work on my AC unit, and his willingness to push to get it done and to stand by me as a valued and long term ARS customer. The only concern came up with some confusion about the warranty on my unit. As I never signed any warranty or saw any information about the warranty with the manufacturer of the unit, that warranty information of course does not apply to me, and there was some confusion there. The contract and warranty material I signed was with ARS and an ARS representative, so the warranty information on that signed document should be what ARS is following. If ARS needs their warranty information to match that of the equipment manufacturer, then they need to take better care with what their representative and I sign off on together. But even with this problem, William Scott agreed that my paperwork (the original copy of the warranty agreement plus 2 or 3 subsequent ARS reps statements on their sheets supporting the original warranty document) was what should be followed, and stood by that contractual agreement. The AC unit is now back up and working well, and with minimal clean-up on my part. Very good work.

John Thornton came out to the house after the repair person contacted him for me. He worked with me to offer the best deal possible, asking pertinent questions about my needs. When he left I had spent a lot of money, but felt good about the decision. The new unit was installed the next day.

Chris McCreless installed my HVAC system this morning. He said it would take about 3 hours and that's exactly how long it took. He explained every step and showed me all the work he would do, then took me over it again to show that it had all been done. He made suggestions on how I could help the system work more effectively by cleaning it and showed me how to use the new thermostat by setting it up for my current schedule. He could not have done a better job or been more professional and helpful.

I called for help when my air conditioner died and the house was 89 degrees. Ronnie Clark was there within 45 minutes from my call. He figured out what was wrong and fixed it, but also explained that it was going to go wrong again because the unit was so old. He explained that I would do better to talk the someone about buying a new unit, then he stayed until the sales person got there to make sure I got the best possible deal.

Amber V. recommended a technician to look at my A/C unit at my business. I believe it was Ronnie who came to my shop and showed me a significant air leakage from the output duct connected to my A/C. Needless to say, I was trying to cool down the state of Tennessee! Did repair work on the duct myself and now waiting to see if this will save me cooling bills. I'm sure it will. Thanks to both Amber and "Ronnie," I may have saved a few thousand dollars.

ARS sent their technicians out to install a new Air Conditioner. The reps names are Chris McCreless and Jordan Neely. These two paid attention to detail from respect for my property to cleaning up after the job was done. Good Job Guys!!
