For all your plumbing needs I would highly recommend ARS/Hank Bowers as your service plumber. We are in the middle of remodeling two bathrooms and Hank is the calm one. Great customer service and he listens to what the customer wants. We are completely satisfied with the service he has provided.

Caleb Farrar (same last name but not related) and Jordan Neely with ARS did a great job installing our new HVAC system. There were a few problems with the initial design of the system but Caleb recognized them, got the company involved, created the proper solution, and ARS honored the initial price even though more work was necessary. Trent S. with ARS Rescue Rooter in Nashville, TN is the best HVAC tech we have ever had and we've lived in our home since 1998 and have hired at least 4 other companies before we started using ARS. Trent is extremely professional, friendly and unbelievably knowledgeable about every aspect of heating and air conditioning. When we learned our compressor went out, we panicked due to the oncoming summer but from beginning to end, Trent took care of everything, above and beyond what we have ever experienced in the past. ARS has been providing good service for us. We bought a HVAC unit from them and the people who work for ARS have been really friendly and they know what they do. We are satisfied with ARS. I am retired commercial HVAC and Refrig. tech. even though Trent did not know this and I watched him carefully check out my system. He did every test right to the book and took time to explain every detail to me. I have been around a lot of Tech's who cut as many corners as they could but I did not see this in Trent. I was very pleased with his work, his checking, even his cleaning of the coils was done as though it was his equip. I am much more likely to call ARS because of his service at my home. He did a good job trying to sell me an air scrubber and a service package which I will consider in the near future even though I can do all the work he did today on my unit tune up. ARS is the only company that has serviced my AC unit since moving to Tennessee. I believe their bi-yearly inspection kept my unit running longer than expected. Today I purchased a new Carrier unit and from point of sale to installation everything ran smooth. My technicians Caleb Farrar and Jordan Neely were prompt, knowledgable and answered all my questions. They also had to do some extra work fr the unit to fit in my closet which was not easy. Buying a new unit is never fun and it is a big expense .. But to have an efficient energy saving unit installed gives me peace of mind and knowing I have the support of ARS for continued maintenance makes this decision a good one !!
