The installation was very professional and my new system is really cooling my home.....the only thing I was disappointed with is I still don't know the exact size filter to buy.....cannot find a good one to fit properly....was told by two reps to just use the size I was using on my old system, but it does not fit exact.....and went to several stores to find the size I am using...... Everyone I came in contact with at this company was very professional and worked to get me a name brand product installed quickly and at a reasonable price. Hank Bowers showed up when promised. He provided a detailed estimate and answered all of our questions. It was obvious he is very knowledgeable of our plumbing issues and was very professional in the execution of the work required. He overcame the obstacles that arose and completed the work in a timely manner. All of this until 10:00 PM on Saturday night. I think ARS is fortunate to have Hank as an employee.
