Rodney and John were very deliberate in the install of the new equipment. The install was very smooth and the outcome was successful. As I do with many things I am following up with other vendors to ensure the price I received was competitive. I called Scott Brinkley to commend Doug Klohn for the great job he and Jerry did for us. Also wanted to acknowledge the work that Donnie did repairing our AC on 6/14/13. He replaced our condenser, under warranty, and found that the warranty for the two units we have had been recorded improperly in your files and that we were entitled to a refund for work done on them 1/21/13. My Service Technician, Billy Hallmark, was very courteous and very informative while providing good service. He advised me as to what he was going to do, he would do it then he would tell me what he found. Answered all my questions with answers that showed he knew what he was talking about. Called on a Sunday at approximately 9:30 am due to a leak in my hot water heater and the garage being partially underwater. Kevin was at the residence in a timely matter and very professional when he arrived. The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. We upgraded our home HVAC system and as promised Chris McCreless and Kyle Maupin arrived the next day after calling ahead.
My family has been in the heat and air business for over 40 years in Illinois and when I was young I apprenticed into the family business for a few years.
Chris was showing Kyle the proper way to make sure the job was done right as I watched them the entire installation time. Both took their time removing our old system and installing the new unit. They test ran the system through the heating and cooling process and explained what they did and how they did it.
I was very pleased with the installation process.

Had my plumbing inspection done this morning by Scott Boelman and I want to say that I was very very pleased to say the least. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I feel that he went above and beyond the normal scope of his job and I didn't have to ask him to do that for me. He explained the entire scope of what's suppose to happen during the inspection and explained the warranty to me. Met a new friend... Hope that he is still there for my next inspection. Felicia Thomas did a great (super great) job in her initial approach,and her continued follow up each time I was in the store was impressive. Over a period of several months she pursued my business. Always pleasant and never over aggressive, I finally was ready to buy, but I was really turned off by the technician that came out. When one goes out on an appointment, meeting a customer for the first time, one should not have a soft drink can in their hand. They should be more professional in appearance and demeanor to give the customer an instant assurance that "these people take of business." Unfortunately the technician did not impress me. 08/05/13 |
