After our HVAC system just couldn't keep up with the Polar Vortex this past winter, we decided to have the unit replaced. ARS installers Jordan and Caleb were extremely professional and friendly. Ronnie was amazing. Very professional and knew it exactly what he was doing. We had come back from vacation to a broken AC. Needless to say, it was very hot in our house considering it being Summer. Our poor dogs were restless. One call, Ronnie was here first thing in the morning. Worked nonstop until our unit was fixed. I don't think I would've rather had anyone BUT Ronnie work on my house. You better believe I'll be referring him to anyone else in the Nashville area. Hands down, one of the most honest and professional workers I've had the pleasure to be around. Originally installed equipment in 2008 and service was super. In June of 2014 fan motor on condenser unit went out in the middle of a very hot spell. Called and was dispatched a tech immediately. Jordan C was the tech dispatched and was very professional and helpful. The warranty period had expired a year earilier. However Jordan was very helpful in securing a new fan motor. Thankfully we were quickly in the cool zone once again. I would highly recommend this Company and their Tech Jordan for any a/c needs you may need. I am also very thankful for Fritz Byrd who made this all happen. He is #1 and was extremely nice, always returned my calls and very helpful. Both Jordon and Fritz deserve the highest rating. JB Evans and Jeffery Steele installed both our Central Units in one day! They were Awesome and very professional! We had thought that type of professional service was a "thing of the past". We felt very comfortable that they knew exactly what they were doing and made us feel our satisfaction was their first priority.
