Excellent service from start to finish. Mr. Gordon, the advisor was very informative and explained everything in detail and the installers, JB and Josh were very efficient, thorough, courteous, very respectful of property and went out of way, above and beyond, long hours and made small repairs to area that were needed at no extra charge. My two installers, Josh Weaks and JB Evans did an outstanding, outstanding job installing my split level AC/heating unit in a very tough position in my upstairs crawl space AND did it on the coldest day of the year. It was about 5 degrees and they tackled the job (which was both in a very cold crawl space and an even colder outside) with enthusiasm and incredible professionalism. We had a new heating and cooling unit put in by ARS installers Jordan and Christian they were extremely professional and helpful explaining what they were doing. They made sure the house was protected as they bought the unit into the house and wore protective booties over their shoes. Both were very respectful young men who diligently applied themselves to the job at hand and in no time we had a working unit. Theu tested the unit for efficiency after they finished installing and explained what they were doing and what the variance should be as well as going through the new operation of the thermostat installed. All in all a very pleasant experience considering having to replace a unit right on Christmas. I recently had an HVAC system installed. The installer's name was Kyle. He and the other installer (name not known) were friendly, polite, and courteous. There were a number of issues associated with the installation of my HVAC system that Billie came in and corrected or, if it was beyond the scope of his capabilities, notified the ARS office that installers needed to come and fix. Billie worked quickly and effectively to figure out what was wrong and kept me appraised of his progress. He was very considerate of making sure his shoes were covered when coming in from the outside and respectful of areas he worked in. I was very satisfied with his attention to detail and thoroughness. We had a complete HVAC system replacement it was a lot of work and expense. The Installer they sent out JB did a great job he is one of the true Craftsman in the business. Now a days you sometimes get these guys that don't care about their quality of work. They could have short cut a few things but no they took the time to do it right the first time. Thank you ARS for sending a true Professional to do my install.

Eric Livingston was my sales person - he answered all my questions honestly , that's HONESTLY . I have been lied to by sales people my whole life . It was due to Eric's integrity that I chose to do business with your company. 11/5/14 installers Caleb Farrar and Jordan Neely arrived promptly and installed my new unit . It was raining hard and it was cold, both men were soaked to the bone. However, all interactions with me were light hearted, you wouldn't have known how miserable the weather was. They completed their work in no time and did I mention the nice job they did. I could not be more satisfied with these people - as to the unit itself so far, it has been excellent, much better than the two previous Bryant units. I guess the best way I can describe my experience is this, if I were in the same business as ARS, say a Branch manager with a competitor, and learned of these three people, I would do my best to hire them away ! These guys (Keith & Richard) are great! Expect them to be very polite, well mannered, knowledgeable and skilled in their labor. They worked continually from the minute they arrived until completion, leaving my house and floors spotless. Using ARS was such a great value! The sales person was very empathetic to conditions, their install folks were out the next day, and there followup was amazing! Everyone I spoke to spoke english and were very professional. Andrew and Jeffery were tasked for my install, both went above and beyond the call of duty! Any work I have in the future, I plan on asking for them personally. They are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and should receive further compensation for the value they bring to this company. The installers did not rush the project- they made sure everything was done to specifications. Other companies in the area put very heavy loads on their crews resulting in a messy looking install. We purchased a central heating & air unit from ARS Mr. Fritz was very helpful in making sure that the United would go in as promised. The team he sent out included Mr.J.B.Evans, Mr.Andrew Razor, and Mr.Josh Weaks. These three I.stalled the unit the why my wife and I wanted it. They asked questions on where we wanted everything set, once the units where in they made sure both my wife and I knew how everything operated. Since the system was installed during the cold season we we're told that in the summer they would come out and properly charge the ac unit.
